I was unsure what size (width) band I actually needed but James was patient and persistent and while purchasing a 14mm band, he included both 14mm and 15 mm pins. Sure enough, he was correct! I love the bracelet band as it is easy to get on and off and doesn't have expansion units that will break. Also, I purchased an inexpensive tool set they offer which made putting on and fitting the band very easy. THANK YOU!!

I initially ordered a watch that had a 2-3 week wait, which at the time of ordering was typical. I ended up finding a local place to purchase the watch so I asked that my order be cancelled and I received quick support and quick refund. While on the site I found ANOTHER watch and it was in stock so I ordered that one and it arrived super quick. James was super supportive in the refund process and I’m following up on the second purchase. Will be ordering additional items in the future as pricing and selection are on point and service is solid. Thanks for everything.
