I received an email asking me to call them about my order so I did and their question had to do with the engraving which we resolved. Later that day I received a call back from them asking me about the size of the watchband I ordered. I was guided through to find the serial number so that they could determine if I ordered the right band and I did not so they did have the one I need in stock and they are sending it to me. Most companies would just ship what you ordered. They wouldn’t care but this was true personalized service and I am very grateful. I will recommend them 100%.

Great service about a credit card issue--James got it fixed up straight away. Great turn on around time on shipping too.

Purchased three of the 22mm metal watch bands for a Casio Duro watch. The bands are made well and look good on the watch.
James was helpful to me in the purchase and the set-up of the bands.

There was an issue with processing my payment(on my banks end). Instead of just skipping my order, they contacted me personally to inform me what happened. He was super respectful with how he handled everything. Got my card re ran and gave me all the information I needed about how to track y order. Also let me know that he was processing my order immediately. All this and I was only spending $20 on a new watch band. I will recommend this company to everyone I know. Customer service like this doesn’t exist anymore! I’ll be making future orders guaranteed!

I can't rave about my experience enough. My G Shock mod is spectacular, and it was shipped immediately. I absolutely love it. These watches are awesome, the build quality is second to none, and NY Watch is a pleasure to deal with.
