Ordered a watch paid for it. Then the payment disappeared and watch never shipped. Still shown on their site even though they don’t have it. So don’t count on getting what you ordered.

I'm very happy they had a watch I wanted that is discontinued by the official business. Very fast service and they even contacted me to confirm the correct address. Would definitely purchase from them again.

I recommend buying your watch band from somewhere else. If the product doesn’t fit the watch you buy yes you can return it, but YOU have to pay for the shipping to return the unused product. PLUS there is no refund on your shipping cost that you paid to get the product. So in the end I paid $38.93 for shipping for a product that I cannot use and won’t get back. Horrendous.

Browsed their web site and found it to be very easy to navigate. Very good detail on the item or items being sold. Good selection, could use more Casio models, of items. Before I bought with them googled the reviews for this place- great reviews. Bought my first watch with them, just waiting for it to arrive. Couldn’t fine a certain Casio model and called them. Then returned my call same day and very friendly and informative. Was informed on back order and I could go to web site and sign up for notice when back in stock. Couldn’t fine how to do it or the watch model. Was looking for Casio edifice ecb-30d-1aef, but couldn’t fine it or the notice to be informed when back in stock. But very satisfied with all so far. Plus their prices are way better than some other places looked at.
