NY Watch Store:
I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the NY Watch Store, their website and ultimately their staff. I recently purchased a Fossil Compatible Gold Tone Steel Metal Bracelet Replacement Watch Band Strap for my Fossil watch.

I found the website to be user friendly which also provided me with a how to video to measure width of the strap to ensure I would be ordering the proper size.

I requested an engraving “Fossil” to reflect the original strap which is no longer made available via Fossil and was immediately informed by the NY Watch Store staff that they were unable to grant my request due to copyright issues.

I requested my name be engraved instead, which after thinking about it, had a much better appeal. The NY Watch Store staff immediately reached out to me to confirm change request, correct name spelling, width of strap and type for instance, gold tone.

Now this is what I declare to be great customer service! I am truly impressed and appreciate the NY Watch Store and their staff or their great customer service, support and follow-up to prevent delay in item delivery and ensure the item I purchased met my expectations.

Really looking forward to receiving the band strap so that I can once again wear my Fossil watch with an added perk, my name engraved on it.

I left a review a few weeks ago, but thought I'd follow up with more praise for this business.

I'm not a jeweler...and fitting the watchband that I purchased from nywatchstore was problematic for me. Taking a chance, I decided to just send my Citizen watch piece...along with the band I had bought from them...back to nywatchstore hoping THEY could attach it.

They were under no obligation to actually do the work on my behalf, but they did so without complaint or criticism. I only gave them $30 in business (for the band and a tool kit), but they spent quite a bit of time helping me properly fit the band to the watch piece.

I'm sure they didn't make much profit from a high maintenance customer like me, but they did earn my loyalty. They will definitely be my "go-to" business for watch related gear in the future.
