I spoke directly with the owner…

I spoke directly with the owner couldn't have been any more helpful. He had my previous order and I wanted to reorder from years ago. The service was FANTASTIC. He also said the order was going out today! Cant get any better then that. Very happy with service and staff.

I bought 2 watchbands

I bought 2 watchbands, different sizes. Both 1 link short. I called and James explained to me that they do not carry just the links. He told me that most people just purchase another band as the links cost what their bands do (He is correct as I have purchased just the links before). I purchased the 2, 2nd bands and they re on the way. James was extremely professional and very helpful. Thank you James and to your boss as well.

Excellent customer service

I had a small billing issue that I was contacted about very quickly and politely and was able to resolve quickly. Excellent price and super fast shipping- couldn’t be better!

extraordinary over and beyond customer servicemer s

The customer service was oversatisfactory return my call promptly got my situation figured out as fast as they possibly could which was incredibly quick. Customer service gentleman that I spoke to went over and beyond to make sure everything that I had ordered was exactly right as far as I know and I'm almost for sure when I see my product come in the mail that it's going to be exactly what I ordered. Thank you again I look forward to ordering something from you guys again soon. Sincerely Travis Garrett

Ordered an item. They processed the payment then waited 6 days with no attempt at shipping the item then canceled the order.....

If your order was canceled, we assure you there was a valid reason for it. however since we don't have an order number from you and (James Smith) seems to be a generic name and did not bring up a valid recent order, I guess we will never know. If this is a legitimate review, we apologize for the bad shopping experience you had with us.

Excellent customer service

When I inquired about my order the young man promptly assisted me…he found out what I needed to know and got back with me. He was very patient and polite and was knowledgeable about my item.
