Yesterday at the 02 store Tottenham court road
Yesterday, my partner and I visited the O2 store on Tottenham Court Road in London. Upon entering, we were met by four staff members. The manager declined to assist us, directing us instead to call the helpline. Despite our presence in the store and the apparent availability of staff, our requests for assistance were ignored. The staff members appeared to dismiss us, continuing their conversations and laughing. I strongly recommend that these staff members receive customer service training, as we were extremely dissatisfied with the lack of help and professionalism exhibited. We urge you to address this matter seriously!

Fariha was super helpful!
I had been on the phone with o2 twice this week for an hour to try to resolve my issue to no help. I also tried the Oxford street store but their wait was 45 minutes. When I got to the Tottenham court road location, I had very little hope, but I was helped immediately and kindly, and had my issue resolved within 10 minutes. Fariha was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. I was so relieved!
