Biniam was so accommodating from the get go, going out of his way to make sure my query was resolved as quickly as possible. At no point did he make me feel silly for not knowing anything and walked me through how it would be fixed which felt great!

Shout out to Biniam
I’ve had an ongoing issue for a month, it was highly complex as multiple layers of my account information were outdated/ incorrect, I’d sat on the phone for hours without much luck, I’d even been to other stores who weren’t able to assist me, but Biniam was able to help me, he sat on the phone to support and perfectly articulated my issue and advocated for me ‘We have to help this customer’ he was empathetic, articulate and friendly.
Emotional intelligence was genuinely 5 stars, exactly who you want in your corner as a customer.

Great service
I had just switched to O2 and the esim did not work. I sought help from O2's chat bot multiple times (being unable to call), explaining my issue. Every time, the chat bot closed the conversation saying it couldn't help, and gave me a number to call - which I couldn't do since that was precisely the issue. I went to the O2 store, frustrated by this first ever customer experience. Noel and Birhan were lovely and fixed everything in a few minutes.
