Viruses in my phone
I came into the store with major issues within my phone. I approached one of the colleagues named Wasima and she was very helpful and kind. She was there throughout the whole interaction and told me what was needed to ensure this issue doesn't occur again. Can't thank Wasima enough! One of the best service advisors I've met within my years being with O2.
