Not the first times ordering from them and won't be the last. love O2gearshop. great stuff at great prices, with free shipping. Haven't dealt with customer service yet, since I haven't needed to send anything back.

I've ordered a few jackets from them for Christmas and they were pretty fast in shipping. They have the best price on the web for the jackets I was looking for! I will shop with them again.

I think that o2gearshop has a great selection in the outlet shop. You can't beat the prices, I spent hours researching this, just trying to get the best price around. However, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I was not only lied to once but several times as to the whereabouts of my "shipped" item. I was even told to ask my neighbors if by chance they had not taken my "delivered" package, which I later found out was on back order. Thankfully, after much runaround I received my package plus a $10 reimbursement which I assume was for all the hassle I received.

O2gearshop was an extremely inexpensive site that had a great selection and fast shipping on the items I wanted. Their prices were much lower than all other sites I searched and they even had free shipping at the time if you spent over $100. What a deal! I will definitely be back to shop O2gearshop not only for myself, but for gifts for others as well. Thanks O2gearshop!

O2 Gear Shop is a great place to find top-of-the-line gear at super low prices. You won't have to wait long for your gear to arrive on your doorstep (unless it's a special order item) which allows for some last-minute shopping before a big trip. Check O2 out and compare their prices with other online retailers - you're likely to be surprised and more likely to buy something to add to your gear list.

Great product selection and prices. I was very impressed by shipping costs and timing options, however unfortunately have a terrible mix-up when my order was transcribed incorrectly by o2 gear shop and then sent to Buildinh 1704 instead of Building L704. A simple mistake that I had to fight with them to take blame for. Order took a long time to track down and took me calling back multiple times before they would re-send the item. By the time they finally agreed to send a new item, the color I wanted was out of stock. Overall, great website / products, but terrible customer service.

I've ordered from O2GearShop numerous times for various Patagonia, Black Diamond and Outdoor Research climbing-related pieces of gear. The prices were the best I could find and the service was simple and quick. I'd recommend a glance through their catalog for sure.

Had a great experience at O2GearShop. Scored a Patagonia jacket $30 cheaper than everywhere else, and it came brand new in the plastic with the tags still attached. Will definitely shop at again!

I ordered a jacket from this website. it was a northface and have never found a northface that cheap before. it was great quality and came really fast in the mail. i had no problems at all and im actually about to order another as a gift!

Ordered my jacket on the 21st of December never thinking it would get here in time for Christmas...but it did!! My son absolutely loved his new Patagonia jacket!

Quite pleased with my purchase from o2gearshop. The ski jacket I chose was almost 35% off the going price at other online stores. Returns and exchanges through this store aren't as easy as other stores, but the inconvenience is worth the lower price.

O2gearshop has the lowest prices on North Face jackets. I got one for my daughter for Christmas and she loved it! I will definitely be ordering again!

I ordered a North Face jacket for my son and no other site could come close to the price these guys where selling it for. I can't imagine shopping anywhere else for my winter gear.

I ordered two items on 12/17. I received one item on 12/24. I have not received any additional shipping information. My credit card was charged for both items. I have sent emails, made inquiries on their website, and called many times. yesterday I sat on hold for nearly a half hour before giving up, today their phone number goes straight to voicemail. I have not heard anything back, and am quite frustrated. Where is my other item? Why wasn't it in the package? Is it coming in a second package? Is it out of stock? Why was my credit card charged? It would be nice if I could get an answer to those questions, but I haven't yet. I am seriously bummed, because I was a big fan of o2gearshop for a long time. I have spent many hundreds of dollars on gear from them. I have never had a problem until now, but now that I do, I am seeing their true colors. Good luck.
