I had never ordered from O2 but the price on a North Face fleece was too good to pass up. Upon completion of my order, they quickly sent a FedEx tracking number and it got here within a few days. Highly recommended and will purchase here again.

I am a victim of O2 Gearshop in Wisconsin I ordered 2 Northface jackets for my daughter for Christmas on DEC 3rd and it is now almost a month and they won't answer phones or emails and I'm out almost $200 MERRY CHRISTMAS to me and my Daughter!
I don't know what to do????
I want my money back or jackets I ordered and have no way to get in contact with these scam artist's?????
If anyone can help me? I can't afford to lose this money!

O2 Gear Shop shipped several jackets to me. They were relatively inexpensive, shipped quickly, and arrived fully intact. I would not hesitate to shop with O2 again!

O2 has a fabulous selection and prices. I had to gear up my entire family to spend a winter snowboarding in CO. I purchased quite a few items from O2 and have been pleased with their customer service and products. I need a few more things and I'll most likely purchase them from O2.

Placed an order for an xmas gift, and the wrong item was shipped. The store was able to locate a comparable product for me (slightly upgraded) and overnight it to arrive in time. Very happy with the outcome of the situation, would shop again.

I ordered at a busy time of year and was surprised to find my items arrived sooner than expected, considering I had placed my order over the weekend on a non-business day (Sunday). Really competitive prices. Transaction went smoothly. Product arrived within a week. The jacket is really warm and of high quality. Would recommend O2gearshop to my friends and family. Overall the experience was good but I would say that the customer service needs to be improved. I needed to buy another jacket but the website showed Out of Stock sign, so I left a voice mail on their customer service number and also emailed them about my inquiry. Haven't received any response from them yet.

I couldn't have been more pleased. I placed an order less than a week before Christmas (on a Saturday yet), and UPS still pulled up Xmas Eve with my wife's gift! All the email information about my order came on a timely basis - I never felt out of touch with their staff or my order's status.

Got plenty of Christmas presents at o2gearshop this year and saved at the very least 30% or more off the total of what I would have paid other places.

My granddaughter wanted a pullover, but sent info on the jacket. Will be returning and buying the pullover. Other than customer service returning my calls, (a busy season) I was very pleased with the pricing of gear shop.

These folks are great to work with and their prices are even better. My kids have a North Face fetish and this is the place to satisfy their needs without breaking dad's wallet. I just ordered a North Face Jacket for my girlfriend this Christmas and their price was $30 cheaper then anywhere else on the web! They also shipped it with 2 day delivery for free just to make sure it arrived before Christmas. I couldn't have asked for anything more. This is a great company.
