My recycling offer was reduced
My recycling offer was reduced from £100 to £50 p after an engineer had inspected the phone. I was informed that the case was cracked which I thought was a bit strange because the phone was in A1 condition when I sent it. Upon inquiry, 02 recycle sent me back an apparent photo of the damage which related to a totally different phone. I informed O2 recycle of this fact and they then stopped replying to me. Will never use again.

3 hours to transfer data having been informed 20 minutes. You need to give people the right information. I would have gone another day
