Good communication, on-time delivery and a good quality product.
Only one slight niggle---the instructions and attendant diagrams were poor. As an ex-draughtsman I perhaps judge these things too severely and in the end assembly was not difficult. The first impression, though, was not promising.

Good quality product and value delivery was good and well packed.

We ordered from Oakea some time ago, soon after Henrik set it up, and am pleased to say that our new order was as just as great as our first - which was excellent. The delivery was also on time as quoted, and the driver was pleasant, friendly and very helpful.

After looking for our new furniture for a very long time I ordered online and have been very pleased with the quality and the delivery system given by Oakea.

Ordered the Malvern nest of tables, got discount as they were out of stock. Got a phone call when they were back in stock & arranged a delivery time/day. Tables delivered as arranged. Solid chunky tables - great product at an affordable price. Would highly recommend.

Delivery was on time, a few days before Christmas. Instructions on how to assemble the legs on the glass top table were unclear but two of us managed it eventually! Fantastic quality, actually better than the online photos. Would definitely buy more furniture from Oakes.
