Unfortunately I still haven’t received my product as you’ve sent it needing a signature,unfortunately I’m at work all day so am unable to get to the post office during b open times to collect it,despite working for Royal Mail and getting my manager to get the respective postman to deliver it for me regardless of the signature(I don’t live in the same area as I work) xx can’t wait to see it just unfortunate it won’t b for a while x

Responded to my previous review about my missing parcel telling me it must have been delivered due to GPS and a photo.
the photo does not show a house, only some decking - the same decking that all of the houses around here have.
In terms of GPS, I have checked with my neighbour.
Absolutely no care and no understanding of consumer rights, avoid!!

As stated in our previous response, the parcel was delivered to the correct address with correct GPS tracking and a delivery photo. We quickly advised the customer what steps to take to help us resolve the matter. The courier investigation is ongoing and we will update the customer as soon as we have the results.

Delivering the correct item, undammaged, when you said you would! Using Royal Mail. In my recent experience, ordering tack on line from various companies, this is unusual!
