I bought my Polyflor LVT from Oakleigh and they were competitively priced and the flooring arrived when it should have.

I had a query on flooring, Ben stayed in contact throughout with a realistic timeframe, cheapest price around and after having a nightmare with UK Flooring Direct illegally taking the wrong payment and still waiting over 2 weeks for my refund, it's been a breath of fresh air dealing with an honest, reliable company. Excellent service from this company. Ordered online and delivered 2 days later! Communication and information on stock availability before order was prompt (via WhatsApp). Ben was upfront re delivery times and explained clearly - also helped with online payment process. Information re carpet details/quality/price well described on website to allow

Brilliant service, great company, would recommend. Will be using again. Ordered the product, which was very reasonably priced vs others online, there was a hiccup in delivery and so I called late on a Friday when we realised the mix up and it was sorted by the following Monday -- Ben called me and immediately sorted it, made it so easy for us. What a super star.

I ordered samples from Oakleighflooring.co.uk and - right from the beginning - Ben's communications; care; and attention were excellent... After a long period, I ordered both carpet and underlay rolls: Again, Ben was excellent and really circumspect in letting me know all possible pitfalls in the ordering and delivery process... A few days ago (04/12/23) my lovely order arrived; with a brilliant driver (from a separate company) who went the extra mile to help me - though that's not in the deal - and kept me informed by text as the delivery time approached... I am booking the fitters; subject to my and their Christmas rush arrangements; and should do another review, when all is done... So far, so very, very good... Thank you, Ben...

Can't fault Ben and the team. Issue with material was sorted straight away without hassle. Even though there was a mistake, one of the best customer experiences buying building materials, which I do every week. Defo repeat customer.

Ive had 2 orders now from Ben....great service...on the first order the large delivery truck couldnt get down to my address so the driver used his stacker truck to deliver.....2nd order a few weeks later was delivered on time....very good communication from Ben....cheapest flooring online...Ive saved over 2oo pounds....would recommend anybody to this company...thank you Ben and well done

From ordering to delivery service was great.
I placed an order late night Wednesday and I had received a text the next morning. They had issues sorting the felt back so they sorted me another type for the same price. Then I was updated consistently. I had a query as I was due my delivery on the Friday but something came up and they contacted the courier and made sure they came for when I would be in. All round great service. Will be purchasing again for another room

2nd Purchase through Oakleigh Flooring, great attention to detail and customer service from Ben, one of the few companies I wouldn't hesitate every time to recommend for flooring supplies. GREAT COMPANY 👍

A little hiccup as the wrong style flooring was delivered, but Ben at Oakleigh Flooring pretty much moved heaven & earth to get it replaced ASAP, 1st class customer service, regular communication from Ben highly recommended

My order of six boxes of Polyflor LVT flooring tiles arrived today as planned. Communication from Ben at Oakleigh Flooring was excellent from start to finish and the prices are very competitive too. This is a company that understands customer service and knows how to keep its customers happy. Based on my experience I have no hesitation giving them 5 stars and recommending them to others. This is an unsolicited review of a good company that deserves to succeed.

Absolutely excellent customer service from Ben I feel like he went above and beyond and kept me informed about the delivery and even text on the day to make sure it had been delivered ….. I was nervous about ordering the product online but would not hesitate to use this company again and would definitely recommend to anyone.
