Superb service from Ben. I found Oakleigh Flooring when searching for Camaro LVT Flooring. This website came up almost £400 cheaper than other sites I had found, and went on these reviews to trust they were a reputable company. So I thought I'd leave my own review incase anyone had doubts about the price being too good to be true. From the moment I placed my order I received a message on stock availability and delivery date. Flooring arrived when promised and it's absolutely gorgeous. I have recommended this company to my other friends doing their renovation and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

First class service from Ben @ Oakleigh Flooring from start to finish. Honest about delivery periods and possible delays, however we received our floor tiles on the specified day with no problems. I would definitely recommend this company and the prices are very competitive too.

A subpar service is what normally drives me to Trustpilot, but not in the case of this company. The experience is so good that leaving a positive review is the least I can do to thank you. Both office staff and delivery drivers go out of their way. What's more unusual is that the price for the flooring is the lowest I could find.

Wow, seriously wow, I cannot agree more than the other reviews. I found a product I really liked search the “net” and Oakleigh Flooring came up. Sceptical as always but unnecessary. Ben was amazing, sourced the product, confirmed delivery estimate, even in today’s climate of transport issues, I placed my order and had delivery confirmation immediately. Too the point I had to delay as we were not ready for it. Ben kept us updated constantly and even checked our delivery had arrived. Superb service and I will be using again. Thank you so much. The delivery details are faultless and terms and conditions seem daunting but so clear and precise. Thanks Ben We wish you every success in your future Business. I could write a book with regards to my experience with Ben at Oakleigh Flooring.But to keep it short and SWEET.We bought LVT tiles and grout strips from Ben,They were for a large kitchen diner.He was in the ball from the first phone call I made.He gave me great advice on product,price,availability and performance.He then sorted out samples we chose,and added further samples that he thought would help,(we actually ended up buying on of his suggestions). He the arranged delivery in time for our tiler to be available.
I have spent most of my working life in businesses that thrived on good customer service.I developed ones which needed this to grow and be successful.This guy is one of the best,or maybe even the best I have ever come across.Well done my friend,you deserve the accolade.Thanks again my friend.Sharon and John.Burley in Wharfedale,West York’s.

I read all the 5* reviews and was a little sceptical but contacted them to check price and availability. The price was the best I had found for what I wanted and delivery time was about the same as anywhere else. I placed the order via their website and all went well. Communication from Ben was excellent and he kept me fully informed without needing to be chased. Delivery turned up when expected. The floor was easy to fit and looks stunning.

I’m so chuffed to have stumbled upon Oakleigh Flooring. I was dubious about using a company with such competitive prices, but having checked Trust Pilot and reading the great feedback on Customer Service, I thought I’d take my chances.
Ordered Friday night (out of hours) and delivered Monday morning!

Excellent Service, 17/3/21 ordered some carpets online, there is a text messaging service for enquiries ( which i used to check the carpets were in stock, as i needed them before 24/3/21) spoke to a chap called Ben who's speedy response, confirmed they were, and delivery would be either 19/3/21 or Monday 22/3/21, I received an automated text to say there may be a delay ( which worried me a bit) but my carpets arrive 11am on Friday 19/3/21, you can't get a better service than this, I was delighted to have received the carpets within 48hrs of ordering them. A pleasure to deal with, excellent service, fab quality carpets, thank you Ben
