Since this time we have undergone significant changes in both our business structure and operations. The impact of the pandemic, coupled with internal challenges at the time, created circumstances that severely affected our ability to meet the high expectations we set for ourselves and our customers.
While this does not excuse the distress and loss caused we have dedicated enormous time and effort to rebuilding the business on stronger foundations, with an absolute commitment to avoiding such issues in the future.
The challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic were both unexpected and substantial, and we deeply regret the difficulties that affected some of our customers during that period. It’s important to provide context around the situation. At the onset of the pandemic, our business was at a particularly critical juncture, having made considerable investments in our factory and processes. Unfortunately, the pandemic triggered severe disruptions in our supply chain, leading to an abrupt reduction in turnover and significant delays in obtaining essential materials.
Despite our best efforts to navigate these difficulties, we ultimately faced the hard decision to seek liquidation. This was a devastating moment for us, marking the end of 25 years of hard work and dedication by our family. The decision came at a significant personal and emotional cost, and we fully acknowledge the frustration and disappointment it caused to our valued customers.
Following this, the brand and factory were acquired by an investor. While the brand, website, and some marketing materials may look the same, the core of our business has shifted significantly towards a more agile and sustainable model that allows us to better meet the needs of our customers.
We want to emphasize that, despite the immense challenges faced by our team, suppliers, and customers, we have remained deeply committed to delivering exceptional quality and service.
