Ben came to give our elderly Father a demo of their mobility bed. We chose the company as they are UK based and we loved the company ethos that he explained to us too. Ben was lovely, happy to answer our questions and was not pushy at all. So far, we are really happy with the service. Recommend.

Delivery was on time and great team had it set up and showed mum how to best use it.
Customer service was good and kept me up to date on order and had it made on delivered on time.

Well I agree that you prey on the elderly !as I bought a mattress for £942 it arrived in a dirty covering the delicate man.had to wash his hands before he could put mattress on my recliner bed then I sat on the side and it sunk down on all sides when putting the back up a big lump in the middle !spoke to the manager asking for a full refund but no they only paid £642! saying that the £300 because I had slept on it and wouldn't be able to sell it witch I was on the mattress for 2 nights
