Ian was so kind and thoughtful with his explanation of how the chairs work and the differences in fabrics also medical grades. He spoke with my friend with such kindness and didnt miss out on any information. He answered all questions and where he couldnt he spoke with a colleague. Overall very impressed with the service, now its about the cost and affordability.

We were visited by Rod Mason, and despite not originally wanting to buy a chair within ten minutes I was amazed how good it would be for my wife, with her problems after her accident.

I've never used this company and have no intentions of doing so, but after 3 years of sending junk mail to a former tenant and me RTS, I'm still getting post from this company. I've also looked at the website and no email address either, its basically harassment as I've sent tons of letters back to the post office box Kent address but this company just ignores them.

Really delighted with OT, they were prompt with their service, met Usman who has been very knowledgeable, I was measured correctly and I was given a choice of what I could choose, Usman had very courteous and respectful. All in all I am very delighted with my purchase and I found Oaktree Mobility to be a very professional company. High Leg Lift Chair is just right option for me, as I need good circulation in my legs

I made enquiries with Oaktree regarding recliner chairs. I got a callback from Tina who told me what offers were on at the present time. She arranged for Ross McCloud to visit. Ross was a lovely man, easy to talk to. He showed us designs and had a chair to sample, was very informative about the products and what would be best for me. I decided to go with it after no pressure negotiation. I’m happy I did buisness with Oaktree. Would definitely say give them a try for your quote.

We had a great visit with Steve Rowe, great demonstration. Love the produce. Have purchased two chairs and a mattress .Really looking forward to receiving the items.

I found Jason to be extremely knowledgeable. He arrived on time and was most helpful. I looked at 3 or 4 books to find the right colour and then he made sure that the chair I chose was the right size for me. I would definitely choose the same company again.
