Horrible experience thus far

I ordered a dress for a wedding and a swimsuit for a vacation a few weeks ago and still haven't received them. I have contacted the company via telephone (no one answers) and Also have tried live chat (not live). I was given a tracking number that does not work..so frustrating. I hope I receive these items before both functions. I am not impressed at all, and will not be shopping with them again. Thank goodness I didn't pay a lot of money as I feel as I may have been cheated. Horrible horrible experience, I DO NOT RECCOMEND.

Horrible experience!!!!

First thing I read is (3 day shipping guaranteed!) in bold letters so I decide to shop because I needed the items soon. So I paid for expidited shipping (15$) and a week passes by and it still said in progress. I emailed them and they stated it may take a while for the items to ship. It's been two weeks since I ordered and it just got shipped and when I asked about my money back they stated that they could not do anything because the items were shipped. They also have not provided me with the tracking number!!! They did not even offer a curtesy of 15 for the shipping. TALK ABOUT FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!! I am NEVER ordering here AGAIN. Do NOT pay for expidited shipping. It's just a WASTE of money and the lets the company take ADVANTAGE of the customers!!!

Excellent

I ordered a skirt and a pair of creepers on oasap.com, my parcel arrived quickly (it took 12 days, for a china website it's really correct because i live in France). The quality of my purchases was good whereas the prices were quite low. I recommand this website !

oh boy!!!

I have been emailing this company all day trying to get shipping info and everything I try says, "address error" I should have read the reviews before ordering. If this company wants to extend into the U.S. they better get used to the excellent customer service our company's supply. I feel fortunate that I know someone who is an attorney for a federal consumer advocacy firm, if I feel there is any attempt to be fraudulent, or attempts at exploiting paying customers I will make it my mission to see that they don't get away with it!!

Not exactly the same sweater

Not exactly the same sweater, you get what you pay for, but it's still pretty. The measurements don't seem to completely match up when I used a measuring tape on myself. Cute pattern though, just wish it would fit correctly and be longer like in the pictures.
Shipping was alright.

IS THIS A JOKE?

I ordered 4 dresses from OASAP totaling around $80. They came quick so I will give them that. Unfortunately, even though I'm a pretty average 5'7" 125 lbs., they did not fit lengthwise. (They clearly use a 5'2" fit model.) I initiated a return with the company's customer service. The response I got was ridiculous and unprofessional. They asked if it would be a "considerable solution" to give me a $14 credit or refund me $7. It gets better, they asked if I could just donate the clothes. Umm, no I just spent $80 on clothes that I'm never going to wear. That is the farthest thing from a considerable solution. No wonder shipping is free from the warehouse in China, it's nearly impossible to return anything. They are really just covering all their shipping costs by deceiving people into buying cheap, low quality merchandise and not giving refunds when customers complain. This website is a JOKE, but shame on me for not reading reviews first. I'll be sure to tell everybody not to buy from here.

good service

I am 5'3 and 150 pounds. I got a big butt and I cannot lie! Lol, so the dress fits perfectly. I love the way it hugs my body. However, due to my ASSets, the dress is a little shorter in the back. But that's fine. I ordered a medium. Fast shipping to US.

I ordered six dresses there and five of them are in perfect condition. Only one has problems with the left sleeve, but they got me full refund and I am ok with that. will order later.

Never Received a Package (updated company please read)

My order was shipped on May 27 and on the 8th of June was marked return to sender. I called the post office and gave them the tracking number. They said that they had to send it back to the shipper because of a lack of address on the box and the fact that they could never deliver it to me. I called the company and tried to open an online chat to see if they could send it back to me but never got a response. I was honestly so excited for my items to arrive am truly upset that I never even got to see them. I have entered a document so that I can at least get my money back.

***my account online has the order information with my correct address. Is there anyway that the order could be returned to me no later than the 20th? I would still really like the clothes.

Never received items

I purchased two items on May 2nd and got a shipping email on May 8th and I still have not received my items. I emailed the company and haven't heard a word back, I also checked my junk mail. I am getting close to filing a claim with my credit card company. I will never, ever order from here again. They seem to have cute stuff, it's a shame it doesn't show up and the company doesn't care to answer.

So Unfortunate

It’s so unfortunate because I really would like to support this site. I’ve recommended it to a few friends who were looking for cute outfits for small festive events.

I placed an order that included 6 items, one being a white dress I planned to wear to my niece’s high school graduation. The delivery was fast (I will definitely give them that). I took the items home from work to try on. I was way excited for the white dress and the shorts jumpsuit. Unfortunately, both were flawed, especially the white dress. I was scared to try it on because I thought it may fall apart, that’s how bad the stitching was. The shorts jumpsuit also had stitching flaws on the sides of the waist part.

Two of the other items I wanted to return were way too small or short, which I wont fault them for.

I went to initiate a return and filled out the form. When they responded they asked that I keep the items (suggesting I donate them) and they will give me $13 credit or refund me $6. Uhm, I’m returning over $80 worth of clothes. That definitely doesn’t make sense. On top of that I didn’t realize I’d have to return it to China!

So I went back the website and to read their policy in detail and realized it said: “We are not responsible for the returning shipping fee under following circumstances: Size doesn't fit. Customer simply doesn't like the item.”

I took that as they will pay if there were flaws, which there were as mentioned in my initial return form to them. When I emailed about this asking them does that mean they will cover the cost for the 2 flawed items to be return, they responded with a simple: “I am afraid you need to pay the shipping cost yourself.”

So I responded explaining what their website said and asking in order to uphold their part of the agreement (according to their website), I would like half of the return shipping cost refunded back to my account upon my return.

I got another response, simply stating: “I am afraid you have to pay the shipping fee yourself and the cost will not be refunded.”

Needless to say this is very very very bad customer service, not to mention deceitful!

I wont shop here again.

I’ve done lots of business with folks where you had to pay for the return BUT they have always worked it out with me if the item was flawed (even if they weren't flawed and I just didn't like them), including allowing me to keep the item AND sending me a new one or giving me a credit for the TOTAL cost).

Again, this is unfortunate.
Never again.

As stated above, two items were flawed, therefore the return fee should be covered.
