Utterly awful. I forgot how bad this company was for getting around to refunding your returns; been trying to get in touch regarding a return that they received over 5 days ago and so far no sign of a refund, no confirmation of return received, nothing. They no longer offer any real way of getting in touch with them - no email, contact number - no surprises there as they clearly want to avoid having to deal with the sheer amount of complaints they would likely receive for similar issues. Frankly it should be illegal for businesses not to supply legitimate contact options for customers. Won't be buying from them ever again and I suggest you don't either if you don't want to tear your hair out trying to get your money back from them.
If I could give no stars I would. Sent me a pair of odd shoes instead of the dress I ordered for a wedding. Obviously swapped on route. Had to return them , no apologies, no refund still. Have not mentioned the shoes and aren’t showing in the returns tracker. Very poor customer service , no phone service, just Bots. Will never shop there again

I am disgusted that I chose to pay £4.99 for delivery, once I payed for my order the company have taken an extra £7.88 for extra delivery protection. This was purposely hidden and very misleading. It says without it you cannot return any item unless it’s faulty. I will not be ordering from them again.
I am extremely disappointed with the refund process at Oasis. I returned my order (DUX052851768) on March 24th, and tracking confirms it was successfully delivered to their warehouse on 26/03/2026.
The main issue is the misleading information regarding voucher refunds. I specifically opted for a voucher because the T&Cs stated it would be issued immediately/faster. If I had known there would be such a delay despite them having the items back for a week, I would have requested a refund to my original payment method.
To make matters worse, their AI assistant (KAI) just gives scripted answers about a "15-day wait," and when you ask for a human agent, you’re stuck waiting indefinitely. My time is being wasted just to get what was promised. Unacceptable service.
Never use this website !!! They have completely lost my returns and their chat bot is suggesting I ordered different sizes to what I actually ordered ! Lost over £100 not sure what to do ! Only refunded me for one dress when I returned three ! Soo upset.
This company has terrible reviews but my experience was pretty good despite there clearly being problems with how they run their business. Firstly I was taken aback when I saw delivery was so long unlike other companies. I used the text message customer service route and seemed to be conversing with a human called Kai. He/she was very helpful within the limits of what they could do. The trainers did come quicker than expected. Maybe the company have improved ? They should make delivery times much more transparent at the checkout though. Thank you Kai on the customer services - this was very good.

My most recent returns experience has been a complete nightmare, and still ongoing, because they cannot send me a return code for some unknown reason? Trying to acquire one through all the available channels has proved futile.
I returned 3 dresses on 14th February 2026 and a month later I still haven’t received a refund. AI messages originally said that I’d have to wait 14 days for the return to be processed and then a further 5 days for the money to be refunded but now that that time has come and gone, I no longer get replies and am just told an agent will get back to me. This hasn’t happened and I’m still waiting for a refund. There is no way to speak to a proper person either so I’m now stuck!
Sent faulty jeans and despite multiple attempts through the only channels they provide I was unable to speak to anyone and never got a response to arrange a return. Only way to get a refund was requesting a chargeback through the bank. AVOID.
Just awful, they have £244 or a returned order and now I cannot get my money back as apparently I selected a gift card option which someone else advised me it was automatically selected, there wasn’t an option to change this. I will be going to my bank to carry out a charge back, I would suggest anyone experiencing the same issues as me to do the same
Do not buy from this company also linked with Debenhams. They have sent a barcode for a return and will not issue refund as said the return states oasis and not Debenhams , when they sent the barcode. This is after 6 weeks of videos, emails fighting for a refund.
Abismal. Returned three dresses in accordance with the returns policy and only refunded for one. Customer service don’t care and literally ignore your messages. Still trying to chase the money that has been withheld from me by oasis stores.

I wasn’t happy with product so I returned. I choose clear pay. Even though they confirm my return back to the warehouse, they continue deduct money. Now when I inquire the issue same answer received no action. No contact number. Don’t cheat with ur customers money. I never recommend this company. This is completely a doggy company. I waited all day til 9 pm on 22/1 as per the email and 23/1 as per their gaslighting. Now it will be 2/2 for no reason, horrible customer service, I am disabled and I can’t schedule help to drag it in, I’ve let them know, they say receive it first and return it, but will I receive it hun? I don’t have the strength to wait by the window random long days. Now I’m locked in waiting and no refund can be issued before they receive it, whenever that is. Shameful. I placed my first order online with Oasis during November for a few jackets that were intended as Christmas gifts. THE RETURN AND REFUND ISSUE IS CURRENTLY ONGOING WITH NO END IN SIGHT.......
I had to chase the company regarding delivery as it was taking longer than expected, but I did not receive a response. My order eventually arrived, however, the jackets received were massively oversized, the size states as size 12 but these jackets have been manufactured as a size 16! I do not want a replacement or gift card, I WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER FOR A REFUND - HOW IS SIMPLE REQUEST SO DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND AND PROCESS!!!!

I am unable to process the return via the website, and the only way to contact Oasis is via What’s App or Facebook. From the 12th December 2025, I have sent more than 5 messages on both platforms and all my messages remain unanswered. I have every communication sent which confirms by experience!!!
I located an email address for Oasis via my payment transaction details, and I was horrified to discover Oasis’s Customer Service was DEBENHAMS!!! If I had know this prior to placing the order, I would never have purchased from the Oasis website, and this is where the nightmare begins!!!!
I have now sent over 10 emails trying to organise collection of the faulty manufactured items and the request of a prepaid returns label but it has become an utter nightmare. No consistent responses and upon receiving the 2 replies, there is major lack of understanding of the situation, all I want to do is return the faulty items!
This company claims that they are a ‘British Fashion Brand’ however, where are the English resources that are being used to make these fashion items??? Oasis, along with other UK based companies are all using foreign resources to maintain their companies, and they are exploiting the individuals in call centres from the very countries the resources originate.
The entire disrespectful disregard for their staff and customers is abhorrent, and the majority of companies have horrific customer services now! The entire process of trying to simply return faulty items is a despicable nightmare, you cannot speak to anyone to resolve an issue, and I have to spend months of my life being tortured during this returns process.
Without customers, there is no business!!!!

I have been waiting for a refund since November. The communication with Oasis is absolutely appalling. I have provided all the proof even though they have told me they have received the item. I have been communicating with Oasis for 5 1/2 weeks now and I still have not received my refund. I will never ever use Oasis again and I would highly recommend that no one else does - unless you want your money stolen, because it appears from all the reviews that I’ve read online, that I am not the only one this is happening to. In fact I would say it’s happening to pretty much all of their customers.
Disgusting service! I will never order from them again! I never knew the company had been swallowed by Boohoo et al or I would have never ordered from them. They added delivery protection to my order without me realising and have refused to refund me. They are a very unscrupulous company. Customer service is very poor, nonexistent. Bought a jacket on line from
Oasis but needed to return. Commenced the return process and tracked it journey which indicated it had been successfully returned.
When enquiring about my refund the oasis customer support couldn't trace my order despite giving them order number details and return details that they provided !! I am still waiting for this to be resolved.
Currently received no response to my last to emails-not counting the auto response.
So unhappy with this issue, why should I remain out of pocket after following the reruns process correctly.

I initiated refunds for three items, two were purchased in a single order. Two coats in one order and then a third coat in a second,separate order. Two orders. Three items. This was initiated on 13/12/2025 using a tracking number Oasis themselves provided to me. They've said the refund was processed for two items but said the third coat hadn't been returned as was marked as dispatched. (Im contacting them via messenger, which I had to inconveniently download.) I sent an image of the post office receipt confirming three items for the three coats and they say they can't handle images, so what am I supposed to do?? This isn't my issue, I've sent the coat, used the tracking reference, and I'm not getting support. I've communicated with three different people and it's like they are rushing, refusing to listen and don't care. They keep saying refunds were initiated for two items. Yes I KNOW. Not talking about that! I'm referring to the second order for the size 14 coat. I've been chasing and chasing and still nothing. When am i getting my refund? you have stolen my money at this point.
