Absolute scammers. I wish I'd read the reviews first. Purchased on wowcher because I thought they'd check companies before allowing them to sell on their site. They mis advertised an item and won't let me return and have a refund without paying because its not 'broken'. When I explained it doesn't do what it says it should I am receiving terrible customer service and rubbish replies that make no sense. AVOID at all costs.

Ordered an advent calendar @wowcher. Was supposed to be delivered by 29th of November. Now not being delivered until 6-9th December. What good is that?! My daughter is disappointed to say the least 😞
Will be complaining to Wowcher too.

I ordered a miss Rachel doll from this company via wowcher. Yodel delivered it to my green bin !!! Didn't leave a card to say it was in the bin. The bin was emptied the following day. Now oberobiz just keep sending me the same email telling me to check with yodel. Yodel of course tell me to contact company. Absolute scam artists.i have requested a full refund. I'll see if I get it.

I bought a Gonk advent calendar via Wowcher, I could choose between resin or plush Gonks. Inside the calendar is very cheap rubbery Christmas decorations. An elf, a beardless Santa to name two. No gonks!

Used ‘wowcher’ because I needed to save money buying Christmas gifts. Bought a board game which was cheaper than the shop price. Buy it with this voucher, then of course add postage, so no longer a bargain. When board game arrives it is flat as a pancake and I ask for a refund. Apparently that’s not problem if I pay money to send it back and on it goes….. apparently a flat box is my problem not theirs for packaging it badly.
I’m surprised that all these reviews haven’t stopped Wowcher from using this company that seems to be able to act outside of Trading Standards laws.

Ordered a "24 plush gonk calendar" from Obero via Wowcher. What I received was much smaller than the advertised size and contained 23 plastic santas and 1 gonk. Offered me a 10% refund and just kept telling me my order was correct. Save your money, never order from these guys. Worst customer service and false advertisting

If only I read this first 🙄 need to check trust pilot every time now that’s a shame and shame on Woucher selling items that are claimed to be something else surely it’s breaking the law selling products under a different name !!

Ordered 2 items using wowvher,came from this company only 1 item received but they are arguing both were,no picture proof of delivery. Told me I need to sort it myself when I contacted customer service,there service is awful. I work for an online company and know full well the minimum service they should be providing and they definitely don't provide that. Avoid buying from these people and that may mean avoiding wowcher as well,they don't offer any support in resolving these issues but promote the companies

ordered a talking ms rachael doll, no on or off switch on the battery compartment. rubbish waste of money. waiting on a reply.

Sold me counter fit goods that wouldn't even pass a health and safety check, cheap materials. Clearly they are scamming people, I have now forwarded the good to the original Breathing Otter products to take legal action I hope to stop this happing to other consumers.

wful experience. Ordered a Christmas cat light, claimed to be made from durable fabric, with 130 lights, a long lead to plug it in . Image shows a 3D item made from tinsel fabric. What I got was a printed image of the item put onto a piece of acrylic. Item is not what is described and it is a scam. Merchant is Obero. Wowcher are complicit in them scamming people and robbing people's hard earned money. Wowcher would not help and said it's the merchant who needs to authorise the refund. Merchant offered me a 10% refund which is 89p (probably the worth of the item) or return at my own expense (I bet I would never see the money refunded then!) scam artists! I will be going to my bank to dispute the transaction.

Just received "woollen" coat....not even a floorcloth quality. How are these Chinese companies selling thru people like wowcher? Why are they not stopped from trading? Don't think for a minute I'll get a refund. Shocking. How many scammed thousands are they taking?

Bought set of 3 family outdoor 'LIGHT UP' reindeer via wowcher.
Website states it has LEDs in the body of the animal and that you assemble the various parts of the body.....both statements are false!!
No lights in the body, no assembly to be 3D, so as it comes as a whole cut out, it's 2D

Got 2 seperate lights (therefore 1 missing) and nowhere to fix them on. They don't come embedded in to the item at all

Let's see if i get a refund.....I may revise the star rating in reflection but I can only assume if will be a battle which I won't give in

Bought a coat redeeming the voucher paid extra £10 next day delivery !! That was 14 days ago still no coat

Redeemed a Wowcher voucher for a Taylor Swift advent calendar. Absolutely shocking product. Half the items supposed to be in the calendar are missing and the other bits haven't been made, they're all in pieces..

OBERO want me to pay to return the calendar to them before they'll refund me. For their product that is nothing like description. Disgusting company.

Fraud there owned by Wowcher and between them have been ripping people off for a while now they have been reported to trading standards and financial conduct authority

This company is a merchant of woocher. Woocher is a good company but this Obero Biz is a very substandard scaming company which is represented by their representative named Alice.
I ordered Canada Goose Inspired Jacket and in the description it clearly says winter style casual jacket with side pockets.
I recieved the jacket without side pockets. I didnt liked the jacket. I wanted to return that.
I started coorespondence with them. First they ask the pictures. I sent them pictures. Then they ask video I sent them video. Then they say in description there are no side pockets. I showed them in description it clearly says winter style casual jacket with side pockets then they said (According to the evidences you provided, the product seems to be fine, the real product may look slightly different from the advertising image tho.)
I had to spent £9.95 to sent this jacket back to them.
I didnt read the reviews about them on trust pilot. I just followed woocher. Woocher is a good company.
Please dont buy any thing from them. First they say something then they dont admitt what they said and after that they said some thing else.
They are scamers. Please becarefull about them.

I ordered a "wetsuit changing mat and drawstring bag" ..... The pictures looked great, it had a lip round the edge and pictured someone standing in it. It had a shoulder strap and also a handle and the drawstring.
I got a thin, see through circular piece of plastic with drawstring that doesn't even close! When I wrote to them, enclosing pictures the reply was "according to the evidence you provided the product seems to be fine. The real product may look slightly different from the advertising image tho"
I wish I could attach pictures - "slightly different". It's a different product altogether!

My first order from obero was a boxing machine, when it arrived it was second hand, the second item was a sweeper mop that did not sweep up and this item they wanted me to pay postage for return, their problem so they should pay, they keep asking for video evidence that I have sent twice and are still asking, avoid this company
