Shopping mall aggressive saleswomen. My 92 yr old mum and I, 71, felt obligated to buy eye cream and moisturizer. Each £49. One tried putting £150 worth in my bag then asked for £s

Amazing

I´m using the Exfoliating Mineral Mud Cleansing and it works amazing, I massage my face every night and it really removes the dead skin cells. Now my skin feels smoother!

Ignorant staff, below average products££

I was pushed into buying the gel face peel at Liverpool Airport. I was offered to be 'pampered' whilst I wait for my flight so I said yes, never with the intention of buying anything. I product was tested on my arm and I thought it looked good but again, even if it had been £10 I did not intend on purchasing anything. I said to the woman that it seemed very good and she immediately moved to the til and asked me 'cash or card?'. I replied explaining that I do not need any products at the moment and she begged me to buy it, stating she had even risked her job and put her staff discount on. This continued for maybe 10 minutes where she just consistently asked me cash or card and what bag would I like even though I had said I did not want it. Ignorant, pushy staff and below average quality products at ridiculous prices

New Obey Your Body kiosk at newcastle…

New Obey Your Body kiosk at newcastle airport. Very impressive demonstration at the time and I finally bought their facial peel gel for 1/2 price discounted offer. Seemed very expensive even then at £72. But an application a week iasted a year as claimed... could go with that. More fool me.
Refused the rest of the products (moisturiser etc) even though the girl gave a really hard sell. Glad I did.
As it turns out, my flight was cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. That night I tried the product again and looked it up. £50 on Amazon! So turning up at the airport the next day.... I complained.. They were willing to refund the £22 difference back to my card. I got the receipt. Wished I checked my mobile banking at the time. Payment but no refund has been processed. Dont know how they did that and resigning myself to write it off as lesson learned.
Subsequently I agree with all the negative reviews ... the 'skin peel bits' is actually the product itself coagulating . It's just an ok significantly overpriced moisturiser.

Do not buy their products

Do not buy their products, even do not stop, this is a real scam. They literally "catch" females in the airports and wash your brain, very strange products for cosmic prices. Moreover, some of the ingredients are dangerous and banned in many countries.

NOT WORTH IT

Typically I have oily skin and that’s it. I don’t break out unless my face is irritated.
Their approach was very aggressive. They pressure you into buying their products. It’s my fault though because they wouldn’t answer questions like: “can it be returned”. I tried returning it and they wouldn’t let me. (This was right after I bought it. Didn’t leave the store yet.)

My point is, I literally used the face peel ONCE with the sunscreen and daily cleanser and my face was covered, when I say covered, it looked like I had bad acne.
I don’t break out so this was very new to me.
I stopped using it and now the bumps went down but I have the black scars.
I‘be got to buy something different for my scars.
NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR YOUR TIME!!!

It destoryed my skin

It destoryed my skin. That sums up everything. Don't buy the cleansing gel.

All their scheme is to talk you to buy in the same day. Creams are can destroy your skin, for you to buy more and more creams to fix your skin which wasperfectly fine without their horrendous products.

Sellers were incredibly agressive in their approach, used numerous psychological tricks. Incredibly rude!

Incredibly rude experience at Liverpool…

Incredibly rude experience at Liverpool Airport. Was in a rush and trying to get away. Felt manipulated and when I didn't buy anything he was aggressive. Will not use this brand on point of principle now.

Approached while shopping in the mall.

There was a stall set up in the mall and as I was walking by I was approached by a sales person. He gave me the usual spill about the product and told me that he uses it regularly for his skin. He gave me the "skin peel" demonstration and I already knew that this product was a sham because of a similar product that I had used in the past which does the same thing. The product just clumps together itself, it doesn't really "shed away" your dead skin.

He told me that I could get the moisturizer, the body peel and a sample of a face mask for $86 which honestly sounded like a good deal IF the products were as good as they claim to be...of course their not. Products in Sephora are just as expensive if not more but I told him that I wanted to do some research at home first before making a purchase and that I am sorry for wasting his time. He made a last attempt to sell me the product offering a Lay away program but I declined and told him that I would be back after doing my research if the products turned out to be good. Needlessly to say, I wont be back.

The kicker is that he rolled his eyes at me when I mentioned that I am currently using a moisturizer that I bought at Walmart. However, it looks like that this product is also available to purchase there.

Was stopped at Liverpool airport

Was stopped at Liverpool airport, told the guy i was not interested, he insisted on giving me a gift (a refreshment towel from a fast food store - should i be very gracious now and spent thousands of pounds?) and asked me into the shop for a free 'treatment'. Well, i had spare time and i didn't know what they sold. He took my hand, told me i should not kiss him for being so grateful (what the f*? I very nearly slapped his face), and 'buffered' two of my nails. Got a nice shine, he told me that would last for a month (if that were true i would have looked very ..., with two shiny nails...), if i did like the product. I told him i didn't like it enough to buy it and he all but kicked me out of the store... all in all very rude manners.
The shine on the nails was gone the next day...

Stay away

Stay away. Pushy salespeople for overpriced products. Reminded me of a time I needed price for new windows and couldn't get the salesman to leave.

Pain after using a sample of a product

Quite nervous to be honest. Yesterday I encountered a salesman at Birmingham Airport. He was incredibly pushy and wouldn't let me leave even after I said 'no' several times and had to catch my flight.
He also rubbed a peeling gel into my wrist and it had been hurting ever since. It started hurting immediately which I told him so highly I don't think the products can be good if they cause pain.
So happy I held my ground and didn't let him push me into a sale.
Harassment.

Ripped off at Liverpool Airport..

I was called over by the salesman that was very nice to begin with, he was persuading me to buy 3 products for £100 and said that the cream was worth £60 although online it is £30, he put me under so much pressure where I could not say no to buying one of the products, he was very pushy and would not let me leave the shop until I bought the cream! I am so embarrassed that I’ve been scammed by this salesman and to top it off.. he told me to take his number ‘incase’ I had any problems with the cream, he got his phone out ready to take my number and would not take no as an answer so I walked out of the store ! I would not recommend these products to anyone and thought the salesman was disgusting- I also got his name which was Mohamed :)

I was ripped off at Newcastle Airport…

I was ripped off at Newcastle Airport by a salesman using high pressure selling techniques. Many others have fallen for this scam, losing hundreds of pounds after being convinced the products are wonderful, and that they are offering you a great opportunity to buy at a discount. I am embarrassed that I fell for this classic scam!! The products are a fraction of the cost online. The company does not respond to complaints, and offers no refunds, even for unopened product returned within 14 days. Disgraceful that stations and airports allow this operation.

THE RUDEST

Met this stand in Jervis street shopping centre in Dublin.. just walking past and a fella working on it called me over.. he was lovely demonstrated the product to say the least I was tempted.. he was charging me €100 for the body scrub, cream and peeling gel.. just thought it was a lot of money to spend when I had never heard of them before.. so as I was standing there with my friend trying to decide he got another fella involved in the sale.. to say he was rude is an understatement.. and absolutely mad about himself to top it all off!! he was so pushy basically told me the only thing I'll take with me when I'm DEAD is my skin to which I replied well I really wont care what my skin looks like at that stage will I.. at this stage I was still very tempted but I had just arrived in Dublin for a days shopping and told him I'd be back by the end of the day if I wanted to purchase that I needed to have a think about it.. he got so aggressive after that pulled the products off me and basically told me he didn't need my money and that If I didnt take them now I wouldn't be getting the great offer of €100 for a brand I'd never even heard of!! Myself and my friend were so taken aback by the way he got all we could do was burst out laughing and told him keep them so and walked off.. if I had wanted to buy them I would have never went back after that.. and now I'm so glad I didnt invest after reading the comments on this that the products dont even work.. STAY AWAY!!
