Shopping mall aggressive saleswomen. My 92 yr old mum and I, 71, felt obligated to buy eye cream and moisturizer. Each £49. One tried putting £150 worth in my bag then asked for £s

Do not buy! Be warned. Kiosk was at Haywood Mall - Greenville SC

Do not buy their products. First of, their products (other than the body scrubs) do not work. Their “peeling gel” doesnt actually peel your dead skin. It’s just the gel forming into lumps to make it seem like it’s your dead skin. Second, their customer service is not good. Their employees are rude and do not handle claims wells. I received a lot of attitude from the workers. The ONLY positive thing about our interaction is that they exchanged my item, yes. However, I truly did not want anything to do with their brand. Thirdly, they do not offer refunds only exchanges. They claim their products are for all skin types and they are not. You are stuck with products you can’t even use! Skin care companies should offer refunds if they claim that their products are for all skin types and are not.

I just bought this product at Belfast…

I just bought this product at Belfast Airport. The salesmen at the stand were nice and not too pushy. If they hadn't been any pushing and luring at all, I would have ignored them. He demonstrated the peeling on my hand and I was actually impressed when he applied a cream on both my hands after that. You could definitely see how the cream was absorbed much better on the hand that had the peeling applied on it first. Though I am always reluctant to using chemicals based beauty products, I instantly considered buying it. I am amazed after reading all the bad reviews and insane prices that I got such a good deal. I got the peeling for £30 only and received a free cream on top of it. After reading the reviews I am actually considering using this product. Thank yous to the friendly Greek salesman at Belfast Airport.

To be honest I was totally ripped off at Cape Town Airport . In a hurry and two salesgirls sold products that were a lot more expensive than online . Very clever sales technique and I am cross with myself for falling for their hard sell . Learnt the hard way !

Classic free-demo, hard-sell scam and they don't give refunds

Gratie Cosmetics (Obey Your Body) Classic hard-sell of overpriced cosmetics at malls and pop-up stalls using attractive but aggressive sales people who spend some time giving you a demonstration but pressure you afterwards to buy. The tell-tale red flag is they have no posted prices as they want to rip you off as much as they can get away with, and guilt trip you if you say it's too expensive.
The real killer is they refuse to accept returns for products the moment you step out of the store, even for unopened products, by quoting UK regulations on cosmetics. Any legitimate business will accept returns if a customer is not satisfied, but this company (which has had many products by different names to stay ahead of complaints) and it's business model is designed to lure customers with the demo, build up false trust, overcharge, and then refuse a refund when you come to your senses. Truly a reprehensible company, though the cosmetics themselves seem to be okay.

Refund

Bought products from OYB at Victoria Station and was not told about a no returns policy on discounted products. So two days later I went back to the same stall to ask for a refund on the un-used and un-opened products I purchased and was told I could only get an exchange on my products as they were discounted.Furthermore when I explained that they did not inform me of this they said that this policy was stated on the receipt (which it was not).I have already sent an email to heads of the company and will proceed to take this matter further if necessary.I spent almost £500 on their products so I will not be taking this lightly.

I went to see their counter in Victoria…

I went to see their counter in Victoria Place in London Victoria Station looking for mens face cream. The sales lady put some gel on my hand. She said it would remove dead skin. After rubbing it for a few seconds there were some stuff came out of my skin - not sure if it was the gel or the dead skin, but the lady was very aggressive when I said I didn't have £75 to buy the gel (discounted price, original price over a £100). I said I don't have £75 on me and she said I should use my card. And started to look down on me when I said I will think about buying this when I get paid next month.
The experience was not good at all - aggressive body language.

It seems to depend where you purchase…

It seems to depend where you purchase their products. Get them online to avoid the hard sell(And save a few pounds) their hand and body scrubs really are good, definitely the best body scrubs I've used.

Was stopped in front of their new pop…

Was stopped in front of their new pop up on south molten st. Lady called Joanne was nice at first but was aggressive when selling products was forcing my friend and I to purchase with her discount. I had told her numerous times that I was on a budget and spending silly amounts of money on buffer and ‘peeling gel’ was not justifiable. She then became frustrated and said that she did not believe I was in a budget for my Wedding and stormed off. Another colleague called misha came along started off quite nice and understanding at first but then started to force us to buy unnecessary items, she then started asking me what my budget was for my wedding, how much I had spent, and went on to further interrogate me !!!! Would never buy from here, salavador dali have the exact same ‘peeling gel’ which is nonsense and it claims to do many things and reviews say otherwise. Would avoid like the plague . Shop assistants have no manners in dealing with customers and the company should reconsider hiring new staff and preferable people who are somewhat fluent in English or understand customers at the least.

These are expensive garbage

These are expensive garbage, stay clear as they don't do what they claim to be doing, instead of wasting your money, give it to charity and help the needy. I spent my £125 on crap product and wouldn't get refund after payment even when you haven't stepped out of their stores. They said there's no refund after payment. This shows they have no confidence in their products. I went through my payment card issuer for support under section 75 but was told they wouldn't be able to help, rather I should speak to the seller who are not listening.

I have bought quite a few products and …

I have bought quite a few products and they all are just a pile of rubbish. Especially the magic mask that has to be removed by the magnet off your face. First the mask would not go off the magnet and would also be left on your face in a glue like mass, that doesn't wash or go off. No improvement on my skin, no results whatsoever. I could have just used water and it would be just the same. Just a bad company with aggressive sales personnel. Do not fall into the same trap.
