Do NOT EVER use this company. I sent an almost pristine Samsung Galaxy 21 in the box with all the forms books even the headset, All separately wrapped. I purchased the phone 100% cash but they claimed there was a lien on it? Suddenly their offer dropped. When i asked them to return the phone i got it back in bubble wrap with not one accessory or even the box and charger. What good is it now?
Take my advice throw your phone out the car window rather than use OC Buy back

I have looked at your order details and am all caught up. You submitted an order for an unlocked Galaxy S21 Plus. Unfortunately your device is still locked to T-Mobile and not carrier unlocked. Your device also shows a financed status with T-Mobile. Unfortunately we do not accept devices that are still being financed or on a payment plan. This is clearly stated on the website when going through the quoting process. We promptly returned the device back to you at our cost. When customers send devices in we only require the device itself. Any accessories or boxes do not get stored away, they are immediately recycled. We clearly state this in our FAQ and terms of service page.

The most patient and pro customer I have seen in a long time. I had a misunderstanding regarding unlocking procedures for selling my phone and OCBuy Back took me through the steps and was patient enough to wait for my phone company to unlock my phone to continue with our transaction. Stay away!
Stay away from them. Before sending my phone, I made a video, where it completely showed that my phone is absolutely free of any scratches. They sent me a photo that my phone was scratched, although it is clearly visible that this is the dust that they put on top. It's very funny and next time come up with something new. Clowns nothing else... Save your time or money.
UPD: Why would I take my phone back if it not the same as I sent it to you? Even if it's not dust, you made the scratch. Have a good day.

Unfortunately your device had a visible scratch on the screen which disqualifies it from being "Like New". Devices with normal scratches fall under our "Good Condition" category. You requested images of the scratch. We promptly emailed you the picture. We can provide video upon request as well. We can assure you it is not "dust" and would not have emailed you pictures if it were just "dust". We gave you the option of having the device returned at our cost. You accepted the requote and the payment was promptly issued. To be clear all devices submitted as "Like New" must be free of any scratches,dings, or dents on the screen and body.

Good service fast and clear, as long as you give real answers during the quote you will be getting the full amount. I shipped my phone on Friday and got my payment in full next Monday at night in my Cash App. They offered 425 for a iphone 11 128gb like new and that’s what i got. I definitely would recommend them .
