I am verified at this casino. My withdrawal request has been pending for 2 months with no available explanation or information from support or any of their technicians in regards to processing or reasons for this delay. THEY ARE UNLICENCED. NO REGULATOR, NO MODERATOR. NO RESPECT FOR SOCIETY

I have been waiting since the 28th may for a withdrawal of £175. Like other people I've been getting the same generic messages. Even if I receive the money I will not be using the site again.

Terrible and rude customer service workers. I cant verify account because my driving license pic of me was when going thru goth phase so had short dark hair, now I have long blonde/silver hair, so THEIR SYSTEM cant RECOGNIZE me because I look different. A live chat with Dan who was rude and not helpful, basically said I should cut and dye my hair so LOOK THE SAME AS MY VERIFIED LICENSE. so their verification site cant recognize the difference which 3 of them says it does. 17 times I have tried to upload the live video but keeps saying I'm a different person.they can't verify it manually . It's a waste of time

Avoid at all costs… I have been waiting two months for £450. They have no intention of paying out… the online customer services just reply with generic answers saying be patient…. I have emailed customer services and had no reply…. This company just take your money…

On April 6th I requested to withdraw the €600.01 I had won at this casino. they said it would be processed in 7-21 business days, it's already 2 months (35 business days) and they don't pay me. When I talk in chat the answer is always the same "be patient" we are checking and it never progresses.
Unfortunately after reading here I can already see that I will not be able to receive this value. I won the same amount last Thursday 05/19/2022 at another casino (betclic) and I have already received the amount in my bank account, but does oceanbreeze casino need more than 2 months to process the payment? even with so many complaints they do not address the situation of customers.

February 4th 2022 I tried to withdraw 700 dollars from these guys... to this day... APRIL 6TH 2022 I have still heard nothing from them. The customer service is GARBAGE and all they do is put you off saying "be patient as your request is still in the verification process and we assure you it is being dealt with as fast as possible." Well I've been patient for 2 months now and literally every day I message and ask where is my money and get the same response "please be patient ". When I ask when I will get it they can only tell me it's with their "trusted finance department" lol. I trust nothing about these guys. Who would like to get together for a class action suit? Because if I don't get my money soon that's what I'm going after because obviously they have no intention of paying me just the same as you.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! There seems a huge reluctance to payout any winnings. I have been waiting 46 days and still not received £200 despite the withdrawal being accepted 36 days ago. I tried to phone customer support and it put me through to a dating website. Several emails have been ignored and live chat,although contactable, have been unable to assist me as they just keep forwarding it to 'finance'. I must conclude this is a scam website.
