I was very pleased with the service i received from ocl solicitors. Especially from Samantha hunter who helped from start to finish. Absolutely brilliant she deserves a medal. Thank you.

Only gave it a one star because there was no option for a zero. My non-fault accident took over a year to resolve, during which time I have felt traumatised and made to feel as if I were somehow at fault. The whole process using seemingly interrelated companies between the repairs, car hire and solicitor (or it seems that way) is flawed and delayed and appears from the outside that everyone takes a cut at the expense of the innocent victim. Never again.

OCL did a great job. Picking up our traffic accident case and taking it all the way to court against a non communicative bus company. They kept us well informed over the 18 month period it took to get in front of judge, and the representation on the day was great, we won the case . Thank you to all the staff involved.

Have never had accident before so was bit of nerve wracking experience but OCL were very friendly all the way. Explained everything very clearly and were getting in touch with updates as well. Would definitely recommend.

David Vaughan at OCL handled my case.
David was great when he communicated with me however, I would say I was not updated as much as I had hoped.
I also found the process took a long while, accident on 15th December 2024, settled in May 2026. That may be a personal view as I have never claimed personal injury before, however see other reviews on here that have settled within a few weeks/months of an incident taking place
However, I have settled, David helped get that settlement through, and the timing delay could simply be the processes involved as I am not a solicitor so do not know the detail.
Would I use OCL again, yes I would, and this time I would be a bit more "eyes open" in regard to the process.

My RTA claim was handled by Daniel Shepherd, who's tenacity and experience meant my claim was settled in my favor.
This is the second time I have used OCL Solicitors, the first case was also successful.

We were kept in the loop at all time and Sophie our handler was always on hand to answer any questions we had. She was a pleasure to talk to.
