My car was hit whilst parked very straight forward claim non fault on my part.Staff were very friendly, but the claim is handled by a partner company One Call Claims... Not One Call Insurance. Still awaiting a payment and rental was collected before I was paid out.. Wish I had used the third parties insurance tbh as it just lengthened the process....

Worst insce experience ever

Car written off whilst parked outside house. Hire car provided as a credit agreement. Other insurers refusing to pay hire costs. Not surprised, they’re 2.5 times the car payout!!! Enterprise would have been 1/3 of the cost and they included CDW when I had specifically told them not to. I missed it on the credit agreement. Their claim handling was really unpleasant too. Awful company. And they charged me for cancelling the policy after the write off.

They outsource your claim and scam you with zero service unless you agree to take out a credit agreement with this Doncaster based company

I called after an accident and went through the entire claim (took over an hour and was on hold to get through) right at the end of the call I was told that I was not infact talking to my insurer but an outsourced 'claims handling service' in Doncaster who would process my no faults claim on my behalf provided I took out a credit agreement with them - I turned them down - they were astonished - but you wont have to pay your excess you just sign a credit agreement agreeing to pay all costs she said - amazed and outraged by this scam I asked to speak to my insuers - she hung up and they have now closed the claim - I cannot get through to anyone with whom I have a contract with - no one - I have tried every chat room - no email of course and zero progress on my car either - I was sold a Platiunum Policy with sero wait and I have been scammed.

Every person I have dealt with has been patient and professional. They have made a difficult incident as straightforward and painless to deal with as possible. This includes James (JG6) who I spoke to this afternoon.
