I was extremely unlucky to be smashed into by a third party driver insured by One Call Claims over three months ago. Despite the third party admitting full fault at the time of the accident, despite further police investigations confirming this and despite being harrassed by them for the first couple of weeks and pressurised to go with them as the "quicker and simpler option" and promises of "sorting it out and offering a hire vehicle" as my vehicle was left undriveable. I am still waiting for the claim to be settled, with no means of getting to work. Don't be fooled, avoid at all costs!

Leaking water into hallway
Leaking water into hallway, called one call said some would be out in 4 hours. No show until 7 hours later, turned up and said yes you have a leak, “will do a report when we get back of the office” still no fix 3 days later. Phoned again don’t work weekends might get someone round next week! Still leaking water no spilling outside the property. One call 😂 more like five calls and still not get anywhere. Not blaming the operators just the setup
