I had a small balance in octfx account
I had a small balance in octfx account, and for approx 1 year i didn't use the account. Now, i no more can access the account and my balance is gone too. i tried to chat with customer service, your account is in delete process, cannot access now.

On 08 June I deposit 75 $ early in the morning on this platform and goes to bathroom for freshness, when I come after bath my deposit enter to my account but the show my account zero and message me to stop out , I m not trade I m not open any and they stopped out me at lose I complaint customer support but the closed my account also and said suspicious activity found, and not return my money back to my account, they scam with me a scammer broker

Octa or new name eleve8 i found occasionally cheating. Especially in eating ur stop-out and cut loss. I saw their eating ur stop at value several spread compare to other value from actual when price moving towards profiting u. Dont trade here. Untrustworthy. U will lose even if u should profit.
