The customer service was great

The customer service was great, the agent James was easy to contact and always responded straight away with either an answer or would look into the situation and get back to me promptly. Delois the car was on time and at a time convenient for me. Highly recommended.

Ordering to delivery

The ordering process was very easy with support each step of the way. Vehicle delivery took a little longer than expected due to the middle east conflict, and through no fault of Octopus. I was kept well informed of the delays and had great communication throughout the whole process.

What a smooth sale

What a smooth sale, ordered the car arrived within 2 weeks. Delivery man was very friendly, car was sparkling clean! Took the time to go through everything with me. Octopus (Fred in EV's) was a particular pleasure to deal with, his friendly and engaged approach will go a long way!

Excellent customer service

Our customer point of contact agent Angel was fantastic and dealt with any questions and issues we had and builds a good genuine rapport with customers, as CEO of my own company with staff all around the world Angel would be a model employee and aa candidate we would absolutely snatch up.

World class customer service

From my very first enquiry into leasing an EV from Octopus I have received excellent customer service from the EV team. From Josh my first contact to Daz who sorted everything when I received my vehicle. Along the way James M. Karl. James K. Mathu. They were all polite, friendly and professional every step of my journey through the process of leasing from Octopus EV. From the experience I have had from all the guys I would not hesitate to recommend Octopus EV.

Jaecoo 5 Delivery

Whilst overall delivery took much longer than I had hoped, Tobi kept me very well informed along the way. Delivery driver was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Very satisfied customer.

Easy to use and highly competitive via Salary Sacrafice

I have used the scheme as the best way to purchase our second EV. I normally private lease but has been petrol and when you add it all together the savings are more than worthwhile. Especially as you now get an individualised insurance quote which can bring your monthly quote down in my case £25. Victoria was so helpful and answered any queries quickly via email. A seamless process from placing order to my employer sighing it off. I now await order confirmation via the dealer and delivery.

Received a used Tesla Model Y through…

Received a used Tesla Model Y through Octopus EV and the whole experience from signing up to having the car took about a two months. The onboarding process is well guided on the website, and the team kept me regularly updated throughout so I always knew what was happening and what was needed from me next. The handoff between the sales support, and delivery partner was seamless. The car was in fantastic condition and I could barely distinguish it from now. Post-arrival support getting the app set up was also really helpful. Very happy overall and would recommend without hesitation.
