Tobi from the Electrical Vehicle…

Tobi from the Electrical Vehicle department has been fantastic since he was assigned to my account. Has provided clear and helpful instruction and guidance in my journey so far. Has been very proactive and is quick to respond to my questions. Great customer service and I have recommend this service to several friends and family just off the back of my experience so far!

Leasing my car from octopus energy was…

Leasing my car from octopus energy was so easy and every went smooth. I had a free charger fitted by a very polite and very helpful engineer. I now have the fully electric car and I am very pleased with it and would recommend octopus electric vehicles.

Fantastic Customer Service

Smooth and straightforward experience!

Considering this was my first leasing experience, this was such a smooth process and was kept updated by my operational assistant through the whole process. Will definitely be utilising this route from now on and will use Octopus more!

100% definitely recommend Octopus energy!

I’ve been trying to get hold of someone at octopus EV for a while. Finally got hold of Kelly Castaneda and she was so incredibly helpful I will certainly recommend her to friends and family. Very knowledgable, and I feel confident will all the information provided to me. Thank you again!! 😊🙏🏽

Be Warned! Not the amazing deal they promote, compare to a private lease deal before committing!

I got a quote for a 3 year old Mustang Mach-E over 24 month. It was going to be £606 (Gross £900). The Vehicle had done 20k miles. I also got a personal lease quote for a Brand new Mach-E on Autotrader. That was £530 included road tax and maintenance. Granted the Octopus deal included car insurance, however, these Salary sacrifice deals are not as good as people make out. The "Tax saving" element instead of going to HMRC, it's going to Octopus shareholders pockets, it's not coming off the cost of the lease trust me. I'd rather the tax went toward building hospitals personally, and not having my gross pay reduced to boot!. Te only good Salary Sacrifice scheme is topping up your Pension, as all the tax savings go into your own pocked, not Octopus Chief executives!!!! Be warned!!

Great experience

From start to finish whole process was easy and clear. Any questions I had was answered within few hours via email. Holly was great from the start- called me and explained the process, answered all the questions. I would recommend Octopus to anyone who is unsure - we have been customers for nearly 6 years now for our leki and gas, and never had a single issue with bills etc. Thank you!

5 Stars for George!!

From start to finish George was so helpful! I was unsure whether I wanted to use salary sacrifice or get a new car myself but he regularly kept in touch and as soon as I decided to go for it he answered all my questions (some very silly, I'm sure) and guided me through the whole process. Thank you George!

Excellent, helpful service.

Harri was extremely helpful in helping to go forward with ordering an EV. I was confused about my options, and he really helped me narrow them down to choose what car would be best for me. He was also helpful with the follow-up and the ordering of the vehicle.
Very friendly service with staff who very very experienced.
