Odenza Marketing, and Vacation Village Resorts Las Vegas : A horrible bunch of Scammers

Odenza Marketing, AKA Odenza Vacations and Odenza.com, and Vacation Village Resorts - Las Vegas : A horrible bunch of Scammers
We attended a tour supposed to last an hour or two and our was supposed to be a visa gift card for $175 and 1 week free stay at one of 3k resorts. They brow beat us for the day , if we didn't stay for the whole thing, no reward (visa or 1 week stay). When we didn't buy a time share they were cursing under their breath and nashing their teeth at us. I just looked at the free stay and foudn it to full of hidden daily fees and a $100 initial certificate fee.
Stay far away from these people and their affiliates Vacation Village Resorts, don't get sucked into a tour and free lousy breakfast.

Caution booking with: Odenza Vacations

We booked a vacation package to Playa Del Carmen..Paid extra for breakfast and were told hotel we were offered Hacienda Paradise, was a 4 star and upgrade to suite.

Problem 1.) Breakfast we paid extra for was only dry stale toast and watered down coffee in a dirty limited outdoor restaurant.

Problem 2.) Hotel was at best a 1 star. There was no elevator or hotel services for luggage. Rooms were not maintained. Blinds were dirty full of dust and grime, jet tub intake and jets not cleaned / sanitized..Green slime and someone's hairs were on the intake and jet. Cold water tap didn't work and hotwater very low pressure.. 2nd toilet (for the guys presumably: water connection was broken - missing) There was zero complimentary coffee, tea or toaster. There wasn't even a kettle. Nothing provided at front desk desk not even vending machines. No bottled water. Patio door to deck was broken, could open about an inch then gave up..Pool side lounge chairs were full of bird crap and not maintained. Internet speeds were so slow when tested, same as dial up speeds. No hotel shuttle service.

Odenza promised to "fix this"..Spoke to manager who said he would check with another party they booked out vacation through. We provided photos..also google reviews clearly show this is not a 4 star..Assumed (and reason we booked via travel agent) they would have done the vetting..After numerous promises to look into issues, have not heard back for several weeks (two months and counting) Odenza got paid a lot of money for a 4 star hotel vacation package including and extra.$600 for airline luggage. They never offered a partial refund..(expected refund for not receiving breakfast or money difference having stayed in a 1 star vs advertised 4.
