It's nerve-wracking to make a blind reservation online when you have a big vacation ahead of you and you want it to start out on the right foot. I had a few questions when I was making my reservations, and my emails were answered within a reasonable period of time with clear answers. We had a lovely driver whom we chatted with while we waiting in morning Paris traffic. He was safe and very polite. We had a great experience all the way around!

The driver was present with our identification card at Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris, France. He was on time cordial, most helpful with our many bags. He delivered us safely and quickly to our hotel in the heart of Paris with no delays. I will definitely use Odyssee transportation again!

Very Good and excelent services

For the weekend of 21 Sept, 2013, I needed to book transportation for a group of 6 people from CDG to a St. Germain area hotel. Both my children live in Paris, so I have used both train and taxi in the past when I was travelling alone or with my husband, but know that one taxi is around 50€ (plus tip) and for 6 people we would need 2 taxis plus it would be better if everyone arrived together (the occasion was my daughter's wedding). I used ODYSSEE TRANSFER and it was perfect for a charge of 80€.. We booked the same company to pick us up from a rather remote estate near Chantilly for our return (when we had unexpectedly two additional people), and the whole experience was perfect. Driver arrived punctually both times, called my Greek mobile number to verify that he was there, was polite and helpful. It made a potentially difficult transfer very easy. All my advance electronic communication was answered promptly and with complete information: I received immediate confirmation with the driver's mobile number, booking number and all details, including price. Based on my experience, I would definitely use Odyssee again.

We were extremely pleased with this company. I had arranged a pick-up at the Gare du Nord and a transport from our apartment to CDG. Both went off without a hitch and I highly recommend using them. Their rates are very reasonable.

I used Odyssee transfer from Orly airport to Paris and they were on time and extremely courteous. I will definitely use their service again!

Odyssey Travel was responsive to all my questions and assured me of their reliability. They indeed were at the airport waiting despite the fact that we were delayed. However, I originally booked them for 5 people for which they charged 70 euro. Because of the flight cancellations, we were only 3 people and they still charged the same amount which was a disappointment, about the same price as a taxi in traffic.

We had pre booked three transfers; one on arrival at Paris CDG and two separate returns for departure, two and three days later. On arrival, our driver was waiting (although much longer than he expected since he hadn't checked, or was not informed, our flight was delayed). However, this made no adjustment to the agreed price and the transfer to our hotel in central Paris was without fuss. Similarly, the two return transfers were on time and carried out efficiently and with a friendly atmosphere. Odyssee provide a great service. Well done !

Very happy with the airport transfer. Our plane is delayed for a hour . As soon as we come out , we see driver holding up name tag waiting for us already . He is very friendly and nice . Smooth ride to the hotel !

I booked the car service a while ago to take me from and too the airport. On the way in the driver was delayed but eventually showed up and took me to my hotel. On the way back however, nobody ever came. I tried to call the office but no one picked up. I got a taxi which was rather difficult at the time and almost missed my flight as a result of that. The company then offered me a free ride as a compensation so I booked a car from Gare du Nord to the Airport on a recent trip. And again - a no show. I had the drivers details so I called - all he could tell me was that he was nowhere near so I'd better take a taxi! I have used many different car services in Paris and elsewhere - this is the worst I ever experienced.

They were always there when they were suppose to be! Easy to find - holding up a sign with our name on it! Thank you so much!

The driver was early and waited patiently while we checked out of our hotel. He wasn't one for much conversation as many other people in the taxi business; most like to give you a narrated tour as you drive; but he was very polite when he did speak. He drove us to the airport during morning rush hour and was able to get us there with plenty of time for check in.
The vehicle was a very clean Mercedes van and the ride to the airport was comfortable.
I had researched many other companies online, but wanted the option of paying in advance and this company was one of the very few in Paris that offer that option. We felt we had made a good choice in booking this transfer online (even though we had never used this company before) and we would use this company again as well as recommend them to others.
