We made a reservation from the US by internet for pickup from a Eurostar arrival from London. The driver was waiting at Gare du Nord meeting point on time and led us to a clean, modern van suitable for our group of 7.
Everything exactly as requested and the driver was outstanding!

A fantatstic service through out. My enquiry was dealt with quickly and efficently. Our driver was waiting for us with my name on his IPAD which we all found amazing. Resonable prices and the mini bus was spacious and clean. . If you need to get across Paris in a hurry these are the people for you. I booked online from the internet which could have been a concern, but there was our driver waiting for us when our train got in. Would definatley reccomend.

We used the shuttle to reach Orly Airport from Paris downtown, moving very early in the morning. The service was great: on time, wagon car with plenty of space, impeccable driver. Reservation by telephone worked smoothly, with an english-speaking service. Credit cards are NOT accepted, we payed by PayPal.
The overall cost make the shuttle comparable with a metro transfer, which is
way... way more stressing.
Definitely, an excellent experience.

These guys were great. Very helpful and a great relief to be met by them after such shocking service from Air France and Orly airport who had us locked in passport control while they cleared off on a break. This meant the driver had to wait for a considerable time whilst some miserable police woman reluctantly turned up. Would definitely use them again if in Paris.

It was appreciated that the driver knew my flight was early and proactively contacted me that they were coming right away. However, despite my confirmation via both email and phone that there were 2 stops, the driver only received one of those addresses. As the 2nd location was difficult to find (and I provided the information when booking knowing this), we proceeded to drive around for an extra hour trying to locate this building.

I ended up received a phone / data bill for $70 USD as a result of the international data and phone call charges I incurred while using my phone to navigate.

Easy to book, on time, pleasant drivers, nice vehicles. Will definitely use again.

Used 3 times in Paris and perfect communication and transport every time. Will recommend and use again

I have used the Odyssee transfer trice already, to make sure my mom gets from the train station to the airport safely, quickly, smoothly and, well, for not too expensive a price. Each time the service worked like a clock - she was met at the train and accompanied to the taxi, and then brought to the airport exactly for the price mentioned. I will never use anything else. It costs me less then goongto Paris myself to accompany her!

I use the service to transfer from Roissy to Paris.
Everything was perfect. I will improve the response time for the web reservation.

Although we requested car seats for our babies, they were forgotten on both trips.

The driver was a kind person. But he pushed the breakes so hardly during the trip that I hit my head in the front seat. Got a bruise on my forehead.

Overall I was satisfied with the service provided. The cars were clean, the drivers were polite and attentive. Unfortunately on the return trip to the airport the mobile number of the driver (mentioned in the e-mail) was incorrect. I had hard time to contact the driver. It would be nice if upon arrival for a pick up to a hotel the driver sends a text/SMS to the client with the car details and his/her name. Otherwise it may lead to a confusion. Like it was in our case. We wait for the driver. The driver arrived to the hotel and waits for us. We had no idea that the driver was already there, and we became nervous.

Excellent experience all around from booking to paying ,pick up, reception at the airport, help with the luggage all around: very friendly and polite prompt staff.

Our driver arrived at our apartment for our trip to the airport exactly on time. He was courteous, friendly and a very good driver, even in the hectic traffic of this busy city.
The set price was very reasonable and we will definitely use this service next time.

picked us up at the hotel on time. Door to door service in a van that was big enough for four adults and all of our luggage. Driver very helpful as well. Would use the service again.

Needed a reliable transfer to the Paris airport on short notice. With eight people and all their luggage, I didn't want to trust finding a taxi that would fit us all at the last minute. Looked you up on the web, liked what I read and found your rates to be very competitive. Booked the appointment and was impressed by how quickly I was contacted for confirmation. I even had a tour to mont st michel which was responded to almost immediately via email. On the road in a foreign country it was nice to have such a timely response. The day of travel, driver was early, friendly and courteous. Everything was perfect. Will definitely use you again. Thanks again to mr Regan who was our driver.

Driver's service and attitude were very good though it was a short getting on/off.

Driver was there at the airport right in front upon arrival. He was very friendly even though my flight had been late. He let me pick the radio station while we had small conversation. Easily found my destination and even let me use his phone to call the person I was meeting. Very professional service, clean, comfortable vehicle and very spacious. I would definetly use this service again.
