Pleased with the way I was not harassed when looking around showroom, I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere when I finally came to a decision to purchase my desk, and a desk that I have been looking for some time now.
The guy's who delivered it, had to strip it down to get it up the stairs to my room, they were so pleasant and didn't find it to much trouble at what they had to do.

Encountered too many snagging issues such as damaged furniture, missing pedestal keys or delays in replacement orders. Although the company worked hard to address these, the time lag and effort required to close out the issues have been an unwarranted distraction
