Not only did this company NOT send my pre-ordered copy of Resident Evil 4 on release date or even afterwards or even answer any emails about a refund or getting the game but they contacted Trustpilot to say someone must have paid me for my review. An absolute joke , read the reviews and don't get SCAMMED.I had to contact my Bank for a refund

DO NOT order from here I ordered a game in January for my partner I haven't received it still andevery time I go to cancel and ask for a refund on email they ignore my emails and don't email back but they still want the money of me.
Disgusting.

Do not buy from this seller.

Bought a pre release and 4 weeks after release the item hasn't arrived.

Contacted them and they cancelled and refunded by order.

Excellent service, quick and convenient

Pre-ordered Resident Evil 4 back in August 2022, fast forward to today (March 29th) and I’ve still not received my copy, sent loads of emails asking for a refund. Poor service. Please just avoid and go elsewhere!

Ordered a copy of both pokemon Scarlet and violet

Only one arrived no respond from retailer lost out on a copy of the game

Avoid this company if you can absolute scammers

I have made a few test purchases here over the last month or two.

I suspected that what this company does is uses eBay and similar sites to fulfil your order, if they fill it at all.

Test 1: I bought a switch game. Following my order I searched sold listings and wrote down serial numbers of items that sold after I bought. An item did arrive, not new as advertised and sure enough, the serial number matched a used listing on eBay that they had obviously bought for less money and then sent to me.

Test 2: Preorder a game. This straight up never arrived.

Test 3: Purchased what was described as an official DualShock controller. What arrived was a knock off clearly purchased from Amazon.

TLDR; this company sells preorders they will never send you and will ignore your refunds in the event you give up and don’t bother going through bank for refund. They use the cash to send out counterfeit or worse condition accessories and games that they get from ebay for cheaper are and pocket the difference.

I’ll be submitting my full report with evidence to Trading Standards.

Please stay away!

Couldn’t fault customer service. I had an issue with delivery of a hard copy dog my order and they had rectified this within a few hours. Response through emails was quick and would highly recommend using them

I am only giving one star as I can't give zero. I ordered a PS4 controller and paid for first class postage, and it simply never arrived. I never got a dispatch notice, and the so called customer service has been claiming it's on its way for over a week, and claims delivery has been attempted, when I was home all week and there is no tracking notice or anything. It's a scam!!!

Ordered both a console and game. Console was listed as great condition but came missing pieces and covered in scratches. The game didn’t even turn up. Upon complaining and making them aware the game didn’t arrived they said it was sent separately and will arrive by the end of the week, this was not the case either, they then said it arrived the date of my initial complaint and began to give me attitude regarding the matter, they have since ignored my emails and attempts to contact them, if your looking for bad week or just a headache in general then use these cowboys.

I wish I could give 0 stars, they have stolen money from me, I am looking to take it further but I bought a game from them for £86, it was a week late so I cancelled and asked for a refund, after being ignored for days on end they eventually send a screenshot of my "refund" being processed. 20 days later, nothing, I am without the game and without my money. I have got in contact multiple times but they are either non responsive or just plain rude. Stay far away from these rip off merchants. Don't give them a chance they are vile people to deal with. Customer care is non existent.
