Worst website I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered a new oculus quest 2 for my sons birthday. Paid £458 ( overpriced ) through Klarna so I could split payments into 3 and make it more affordable. I paid the first £153 payment. First they wanted photo id from me . So sent that. Then took over week for delivery , no tracking number , no reply to emails right up
Untill the Tuesday saying it would be delivered by Thursday . It arrives , box damaged and crushed , oculus was dirty even had pet hair in the box. I emailed about return , no reply for days , I emailed every day multiple times, first reply “oh we are sorry it should be new, we will replace”. I said no I wanted a refund. Totally i ignored for over a week. Eventually they said I could sent it back , 5 days later I got a return address, I returned it special delivery , told them when it would get to them, first delivery no access to address, 2 days later they signed for it. Meanwhile I had opened a case with Klarna . I truly believe if I hadn’t purchased though Klarna they wouldn’t of refunded at all. Took over a month from the date of order till my refund. Infact I haven’t had the money from Klarna yet but it should be in the next few days. Lesson learned will look on trust pilot before I use any other service .

Purchased some eshop codes for Nintendo, really speedy delivery and great customer services. Codes were in my email within 30 minutes. Buying experience was nice and easy too. Happy to support a smaller business.

The site is easy to use, and the customer service is excellent, very reasonably priced also highly recommended.

Fraudulent company takes full payment on pre orders. This means money can't be recovered later. Then doesn't send game. Doesn't reply. No contact numbers or address to contact the vendor. No way to recover the funds. Not registered as a company. Not a real company but a scam. Avoid at all costs.

Persons is Daniel Hutchingson from Wallasey. Shady shady company that isn't a actual company.

He will set up another company so be wary of buying from unregistered companies.

This is a scam website. Preordered Zelda no message from company, no refund, no way to contact them. They aren't registered and are not a real company just a scam.

Anyone else affected too I would suggest contact national cyber security center that's ncsc .co.uk to report scam website

Fraud. I spent almost £70 and they gave me a code which has already been used. No way to get a refund.

It's very rare that I write a bad review. I had seen a mixture of reviews before purchasing from this shop, but as an optimist I thought I'd go by the better reviews and give them a chance. I ordered a mystery playstation box on the 4th April, which I never received. I was really looking forward to it as well. Thankfully I purchased the item through klarna and the payment has now been cleared. I was disappointed that I had never received the box, but what I found disrespectful was the lack of communication. I didn't get one response from them after asking where my delivery was. Even a simple apology would have sufficed. It's almost as though they were receiving my emails, rolling their eyes and deleting them. At least that's what I imagine them to be doing. For those of you who've had a positive experience, I envy you.

I ordered Official Black PS5 Faceplate for PlayStation 5 Disc and they send me fakes. There no PlayStation logo or Sony name anywhere on the face plates. It also didn’t come in original packaging so they’re selling cheap fakes for extortion prices. They also ask in email to give good review and try to give you 5£ voucher off to fabricate a review.

They sell you used games, by forwarding your purchase to another seller, None of which they make clear.
Deceptive since you think you are buying a new game and it turns up already opened and missing items.

Ordered a very specific PS controller for my son. When the item arrived, it turned out to be a completely different controller. In correspondence with their "customer services" team, it quickly came apparent they didn't actually have the item advertised and had just sent an alternative, hoping it would be accepted. The returns process was a nightmare. They said they'd only refund standard, non-registered postage, which sounded dodgy, so I sent it recorded anyway. They then claimed they had no record of having received the item, despite the fact I could see it had been delivered through Royal Mail tracking. Eventually, after several weeks of persistent chasing, I did receive a refund, but the postage monies remain outstanding. In sum, this appears to be a company that acts dishonestly, claiming to have items it doesn't actually stock, and then palming people off with vaguely similar items it hopes people will just accept due to the hassle of a return. Strongly suggest people give it a swerve.

They will take the money and either send you a falsely advertised product like a chinese knock off or not send you the product at all, there people are evil DO NOT fall for their scam they also list products they dont even own and you can find the exact same listing on ebay for much cheaper please do not lose your money on this no matter how desperate you are.

Video Game Delivered No Issues
Pre-Ordered Star Wars Jedi: Survivor for PS5 console some time ago, was informed by email it was on it's way and was delivered by Royal Mail as expected (I did pay slightly extra for signature on delivery which I would recommend). Offer Games appear a good company for pre-ordering games where you can save if you pre-order significantly in advance of release; note that they do take payment straight away though (not at dispatch time).

Warning, this is a scam! Purchased item, waited weeks and it never arrived, now no one replys to emails. Wish I had checked on here first!!

Pre-ordered Dead island 2 some time ago last year, I had some contact with them regarding the pre order email which would contain my code and then no contact from them at all and still no shipping email. The release date for dead island 2 is today!!

I paid £39.24 for this game and waited all this time just to be ripped off by this company. When I looked the other day on the shop app, my order was still “shipping” after looking today after sending my emails about where the shipping email is containing the redemption code, the status of the game on shop is now “cancelled”.

Waiting for a response from them and for a full refund, otherwise I will have to go through my bank.

Absolutely gutted.

Awful company - item hadn't arrived and they have provided no refund. Quite literally daylight robbery.
