Great, quick delivery

Quick delivery and asked if I chose the right item before confirming the order, very happy.

I wouldn’t give any stars if poss.My son paid £70 for a pre order for his niece .The game was released 20th Jan.It has never been received. They don’t answer emails and there is no phone no.My son has renal failure and can’t work now so he could do with the refund or game .I can only assume that this was a scam. Don’t deal with these people .

I’ve ordered my daughters gift at this company using KlarnA on 27TH June. The order status never changed, I didn’t receive the product and they Dont reply not even a single email. Don’t buy at Offer games.

Scammers! Absolute scammers I warn everyone! Pre-ordered Super Mario RPG only to refund it and NOT get the money back? Lucky for you lord I’ll give you the 10 days you desire unless somebody tells me different, if somebody could tell me to report this asap so I can actually be eligible to refund tell me

I pre ordered a game. It went past the 6 months I still have not received the game. I can't claim the money back because it went past the 6 months. Don't order from this company as they have no real way to contact them with issues with orders. They don't reply to emails.

I ordered a game on this website and never received it do not order from this website I do not know how this website is running still people if you see this review please go on Google and report this website to National Cyber Security Centre

Despite my worry over the number of negative reviews, Offer Games delivered on time and responded promptly to my email queries including a shipping address change.
The one thing to note is that I didn't get the shipping/dispatchment notification until the afternoon before my pre-order day but it still arrived on time.

I ordered the new Zelda way back and payed for the product. The item was not yet delivered and the customer support is not replying to any inquiries.

I ordered Zelda 2 for the Nintendo switch in 2021 and when Zelda 2 was finally released in May 2023 I did not receive my game. Not only did I not receive my order I have not received a refund or any response to my many emails sent to them and I have also contacted them via their website which they also stopped responding to with no explanation. Beware and don’t buy from them

Order #182839. I ordered Zelda: Tear of the heaven(in 2020 the title was still The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2) from offergames in 2020, and in this year, when Zelda: Tear of the heaven finally in the market, offergames cancelled my order and gave me never a feedback, about the reason and give my money not back. although I already complain in Amazon Pay(where I paid to offergames, and they received the money) several times. and offergames blocked me even in twitter, what a scam dealer! please do not support them!

For the price I paid I thought (rightly so in my opinion) that this game was new.
Took ages to arrive and was a second hand game. There is no way I would have paid new game price for a second hand game.

I purchased 2 physical PS5 games on the 15th of April for £132.48, I purchased through Klarna. I contacted them about a week after supposed dispatch asking for confirmation and a tracking number, which they provided, and told me the parcel was delivered and that I would need to go and collect it. I input the Royal Mail tracking number only to discover they had delivered it to a residential address in Norfolk, the other side of the country from where I live, so I requested a refund, as it was completely unacceptable to ask the customer to travel that kind of distance. 2 months later, I am still waiting for a refund to be issued through Offer Games, I have contacted them several times but they have not replied to any of my emails or messages, Klarna have frozen the payment and are looking into it. I hope to finally get the refund eventually

Not sure about why this site gets hate. My first shop with Offer Games, I had the option to pay with Klarna, which nobody else offered so I was prepared to pay a slightly higher price than CDKeys etc.

I had to give Photo ID after my purchase, but I work in Halfords and we ask for ID too with customers paying with Klarna so not unusual... Albeit my first time I've had to give ID with Klarna.

I Have not received the item and have share the email as well to team but there is no response received, tried to contact team vie Insta and Facbook as per there contact details.

Really cheap game! So excited for it!
