Bought game on line.
In order to improve, the company should respond to emails ( 3 sent following no game delivered).
I suspect that they should also send bought items that they have received money for, the amount of similar experiences listed below makes me think I will not get mine. No sign after 6 weeks.

Pre ordered game, paid for well in advance. No game after 2+ weeks. Attempted to resolve through email, live chat & contact us form but no response. Customer service and order fulfillment is non existent. AVOID

Didn’t even want to give 1 star for this company. I pre ordered quite a few games , waiting for them to arrive after release dates and they never did. Two months worth of emails to them with no reply, contacted bank who claims my money back. Finally after this, they respond saying bank is being fraudulent! Unprofessional, uneducated, thieves, who act under the guise of a company. NEVER AGAIN

I ordered, then cancelled when I saw appalling reviews.
The company sent an email stating the order had been cancelled but took the money anyway.
In the hands of the credit card company.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Utter scammers took 50 off my kid for a controller for next delivery a month later nothing and ignored at every turn

Placed first digital order and it was delivered, paid for a second and not delivered, emails and chats ignored, don’t lose your money

Order a game from this company which failed to arrive. Repeatedly emailed and tried to contact them via their chat app but no reply. All in all lost money and no service from retailer

I was scammed!!!!!
I ordered a Ninetendo switch from Offer Games on the 29 December and one month on I still haven’t received the order and yet offer games took payment. Offer games does not respond to emails and mobile number is switched off! I am disappointed and should have read reviews as I have been a scammed!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE, IT IS A MASSIVE SCAM FROM OWNER DANIEL HUTCHINGS WHO RESIDES IN WALLESEY MERSEYSIDE

They will take your money off you and then ignore/block you. Check other reviews too.

Terrible behaviour

Ordered a pre order through offer games they took payment for the game and that's it GAME OVER .No reply to any of my emails or chat on there site And guess what No Game .Strongly recommended that you don't use offer games Unless you want to get ripped off!!! wish I had read all the Negative reviews on trust pilot no going through my bank to retrieve payment.Abosoultley shocking company use them at your own peril 👎👎

It’s a complete scam I ordered gifcards. Codes was supposed to delivered by email. I got a email saying my order was dispatched and gave a Royal Mail tracking number….. also emailed the company 3times and not single word back. complete scam DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

Digital order fulfilled very quickly and communication was good

Placed an order 12 days ago and all I got was confirmation that they received my money. No despatch note, detailing delivery date.

So I sent a follow up. Nothing.
And another. Nothing.
And different channels and the Live Chat. Still nothing.

A week later I'm getting frustrated I'm being ignored.

Still nothing, so I decide to cancel the order.

Still no reply.

This company has effectively stolen £25 from me.

It continues to advertise it's "Brilliant Customer Service Open Mon-Fri 9am-6pm".

But from what I can see, it's a sham.

Wish I'd seen the reviews from the other 55% of people who give Offer Games 1 star :-(

No delivery of game, no contact from Seller. Literally Nothing.

I bought Zelda for the Switch on Christmas day and I have yet to hear anything from them. I have emailed and tried to call but nothing.
At this point I just want my money back.
Save yourself the hassle and don't order from this site!
