Ordered a game on the 28th Dec. Have not received it or had any confirmation of shipping. I've sent emails and messages on chat. No reply to any of them. I have applied for a chargeback through my bank to get my money back. I'm sorry that I didn't check reviews on here first.

They are scammers!! Never received my game so claiming money back through the bank. Shame on you my son never got his present for Xmas.

Absolutely disgusted by this company !! I ordered robo cop for Xbox series X and never received! I emailed contiuesly for weeks and no reply ,also no reply from chat!

Ordered a Minecraft game for the Nintendo switch on the 26th of December for my son's birthday still haven't received it date now being 5th Jan still hasn't been shipped.. no response via email or online chat, just want my money back so I can buy it him off a proper site that isn't fraud like this one!!!

Scam. Ordered a game before Christmas and it still hasn’t arrived. Emailed about cancelling the order a couple of days ago and still haven’t had a response.

SCAM! Item not as described, no reply to email or on the live chat. Requested a return which I never got an email with the return email. Avoid using them and save your money

Service was really good right up to the point where I had a problem. Mis sold a game which isn’t even released yet, have had absolutely no response to my emails or online chat! Really disappointed for my 13 year old niece! I have managed to do a charge back via my bank, would urge everyone who has an issue to do the same - hopefully will put them out of business!

Awful company! I ordered a Nintendo Switch game for my nephew for Christmas and as soon as he entered the game into his console, it stated it could not be supported on this device and it was in a different language! I’ve sent 3 emails now and absolutely no response! Scam game and no customer service to help resolve any issues!

I ordered a FC 24 Xbox game on the 9th December for Christmas present for my Autistic Grandson it never came I didn't get no refund I have sent emails to which I got two back saying it's on its way never turned up I had to go but another game I have not heard anything from them from my last email stating a refund Disgusting site how can anyone do that to people that are already struggling with the cost of living never had problem with ordering online before up until now fuming is a understatement

Sh** company. Don't deliver. Don't refund. Don't contact you back. It's been over 2 months. Honestly fuming at this company. A £5 voucher in exchange for a review isn't even gunna come close to making a satisfied customer.

i feel like this is a scam site, after been ignored via email for months after my order didnt turn up i tried reaching them through social media pages and they just blocked me on there. i would 100% not recommend at all i missed out on a limited edition item by choosing this company and relying on them to provide...just purely ignorant and poor customer service and don't care for there customers. from my personal experience i would not recommend purchasing anything through this company.

Yeah the customer service is practically non existent also I was skeptical about it after reading the reviews my only complaint was I didn’t get a tracking number so I got bit panicky but it came super quick I ordered a Pink ds lite! And it works perfectly so I’m very happy!

Still no refund on a game I cancels 3 weeks ago do you can make up your own money still not got my refund company blocked me on twitter do not spend a penny with them

Stay well away from this fraudulent company as its only hassle you will have to have with your bank to get your money back. Thwy will send you an item but that item won't work and the games with it will have been used as they only send the online code for it and its been used. Contacting the team is impossible as no one replies. Unless you do a bank dispute then magically customer service reps exist and they are rude and will try harassing you. They just didn't know that I know the consumer rights and know how to dealw it bank disputes as I worked for a bank myself in the past...so sod you as you didn't get my money and I was able to send the defaulted item back as the nintendo console had drift and was unplayable too! Just a ducking mess that I didn't need near Xmas and for that I do not forgive you!
