The service here was brilliant. I ordered some eco ballast and when it arrived it turned out I ordered the wrong stuff I contacted them and a few hrs later they swapped the materials over without any extra cost and was very understanding that I ordered the wrong materials would definitely recommend and will definitely be buying from here again

I bought turf from offerton sand and gravel and it was crawling with leather jackets. I'm new to turfing so I didn't realise just how destructive these things can be...I've since learned! The turf it's self was of low quality and has been difficult to manage..I would definitely recommend spending a little more and getting a better product. 12

The stones I ordered were not the stones delivered although sand and gravel said they were, I had a Gardner waiting to finish my garden he was unable to due to the wrong delivery
When I phoned to complain the man was very ignorantly whistling and singing very rude
I Sall not use sand and gravel again in my opinion they don't deserve my custom

Ordered a large sack of eco reclaimed gravel 20mm (850kg or a tonne,not sure exactly). It was left exactly where I asked for it to be left in the online order notes. It arrived faster than expected. I didn't even speak to the delivery driver. No hassle at all.

I will definitely consider them next time I need gravel.

Dreadful customer service, not for the first time. Went to pick up 6 bags of gravel, but nobody could put the bags in my car (as is the normal procedure) because “we’re all on lunch at the moment”. That’s everyone. At the same time.🤔.

Stars are for the gravel for our driveway which was fine. However steer clear of the topsoil!! We filled our new raised beds with this topsoil which seemed ok at the time but now we are overrun with stinging nettles! (having never had a single nettle in the garden before in the 10 plus years we've been here - we found some nettle seedlings in the bag of leftover soil so can safely conclude this is the source of them)

Ordered bulk bag of premium top soil, delivered on correct date, but full of massive (150mm) lumps of clay. Not at all happy. Offerton Sand & Gravel have said they will remove and refund, but that’s not the issue. We expected quality top soil, not soil and clay mix. We now have to source suitable soil elsewhere.

Excellent service, Driver dropped my stones off with pinpoint accuracy saved me a lot of work. Can’t rate the customer service Offerton Sand and Gravel gave me from ordering to delivery. Would definitely recommend

Very disappointed. Ordered a bag of MOT. What arrived was a bag of soil with a few broken bricks in it. Very substandard product. I would not recommend it.

Rubbish Material - Don't ever order
The MOT which as sent to us was a not an MOT but a bag full of mud and some un standard stones in it.
Don't you ever order from them, all the other feedback you see on this for Offerton is just made up feedback as the material quality is so rubbish.

Excellent product, superb customer service and prompt, professional attention to customer requirements. Martin could have easily upsold me but asked what product was going to be used for and helped me to make the correct product choice. The delivery driver, Ryan, was the epitome of politeness when delivering my two tons of topsoil, and placed the massive bulk bags precisely where I wanted them with no fuss at all.
Arriving in a very impressive delivery lorry, Ryan even posed for photographs for my grandson...
