So far all of the offerwall that I've tried, OfferToro is the best among them all in terms of Fast Replies of their customer service and fast releasing of their rewards system, I loved doing task's in their site, Super recommended.

They just don’t pay out for their offers and it’s frustrating especially for the offers that require a purchase/deposit. Customer service is terrible, automated responses and no way to contact a human. It’s even worse when the offers give points for a competition and torox just won’t acknowledge completion of an offer or even give you someone to speak with. I would advise do not do any paid offers because there is a 70% chance you will get scammed by torox.

Pathetic, they pay the very small amounts but whe you complete an offer worth several dollars they mess you about and don't pay. Avoid these con artists they are seriously fraudulant

Not detecting properly my games i report it but it rejected the game

Trust worthy app paid more then other apps have no wait time just straight pay

The slowest customer service I've ever experienced. If they say 5 days expect 2 weeks and if the say 20 days expect 2 months. After using their service and not being credited for the higher levels of their offers I requested a ticket. After so much waiting and a rebranding later, (now they're toroX?) I had my requests rejected. No way to appeal and no specific reason as to why. They just gave me some blanket reasons in an email and essentially told me that there were other offers I could do instead. (So "f*** off, we're not paying you!) I made this trustpilot account, just so I could warn others. The experience I've had is not well reflected in their overall score of 3.5. It should be between 1 and 2 with how they conduct business.

I wholly recommend not even bothering with any of their offers over 1 dollar or pound as they will not want to credit you if it doesn't track. This rebranding doesn't change the fact they are still as bad as their reputation describes them.

I used offertoro's services through swagbucks and was rejected on £262.66 worth of SB on 4 separate offers.

A huge time sink for nothing.

I'm considering taking legal action.

So far I have had nothing but good experiences with OfferToro.
Any time I have opened an Offer Ticket it has been resolved in around 24 hours.

The best. Very fast processing rewards.

Offertorro is the best! They always reply to my emails and whenever I am missing credits they will respond and locate my missing credits. The best in the game. Extremely helpful and professional.
