Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They do not care and give 0 fcks. It's very obvious by the way they respond in the emails. Providing picture proof is not enough; they make it more difficult by asking for video proof, and it is difficult to upload with their file size limit. No refunds possible unless you threaten a chargeback even if codes are completely unused with sufficient proof. They will try to beat around it and give you store credit, but if you absolutely want a refund, this is what is advised.

refusal to refund an unusable gift card still perfectly valid simplyh because the code has been viewed. even after proving this and advising the refund would be back to store credit and used for a different voucher i was refused despite it not costing them a cent to approve it...
