I had been made redundant and my confidence was at an all time low. I applied for a temporary position. The next day I received a phone call. We discussed what I wanted and about this role. The next day I was offered the job. The Leeds branch are lovely and helped me with anything I needed. Correspondence is good and reminders are regularly sent.

She was so friendly which put me right at ease and took extra time to help me prep for my interview which was organised at short notice.
