I recently worked through Office Angels in brentwood and the amazing Kerry Osborne. From my initial teams registration to securing my work and throughout my placement Kerry went over and beyond to make me feel comfortable, well informed about the temporary role and company and supported me with any questions. Kerry was incredibly passionate about the work she does and it shines through. Her professionalism and naturally friendly kind personable personality made it a pleasure to work through her. I would highly recommend Kerry to those seeking work as she really does care about you as a worker. Thanks for everything Kerry!

Hayley was honestly amazing. Although my experience was relatively quick, this can only be a good thing. Hayley was excellent at quickly establishing what kind of company and environment I was looking for. She put me forward for my perfect role which I got. She was knowledgeable about the company, and it's team and was completely honest which was refreshing. She will make you laugh, feel comfortable and build your confidence all whilst being professional too.. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

I had signed up with this agency whilst looking for a new job and had the pleasure of dealing with Evie. She was amazing from start to finish from finding middle ground as to what both I and the employee require. She was so helpful and updated me every part of the way and within a matter of days had found me work!! Honestly would recommend to anyone looking for work, a really good agency.

I scheduled a call with Office Angels to run through my experience and how this aligned with some jobs which they were advertising. I was told that they would put me forward for the roles.
After a week of calling OA, leaving messages and asking for a call back, all I got was silence...
To summarise, I wouldn't recommend them unless you like to waste your time making calls to never hear back.

While the agency can be beneficial if you're open to any job, there are notable drawbacks. Small requests are often met with resistance, which is frustrating considering they take over 40% of each worker's weekly earnings. If you upset an agent, they can block you from future jobs, acting as if they hold all the power.

The staff has become increasingly younger and less professional, often disregarding the experience of long-term workers. Moreover, management is nearly invisible and difficult to reach when issues arise, leaving workers feeling unsupported. The agency's substantial profits come directly from your labor, yet they treat you as their employee rather than a valued client. This dynamic can be disheartening, as it undermines the mutual respect and professionalism expected in such a relationship.

Michelle is absolutely brilliant, she takes the time to get to know you so as she can find you the right role.
She puts in so much time to send over specs, tips and tricks and is happy to coach you where required to get the best out of your interviews
