Three days later and have not…

Three days later and have not dispatched my order not send a tracking email either never had a order be like this with any other company it’s poor communication not happy at all

Terrible customer service

Your. Customer services is appalling. You can’t get through to a staff member on the phone and the chat help is so frustrating!! Do better !!!! The customer service centre you are using to fence your calls just don’t give a sh!te

Easy experience

Easy experience - found the shoes we needed but didn’t have the size in store. Ordered online, would have been fast delivery had we not been going away the next day!
