Missing shoes
I ordered & paid for 2 x pairs of Birkenstocks but only received one pair. Customer services are still looking into the missing pair a week later. So to date my experience has not been very good unfortunately.

The shoes I bought are great but your staff in the Bath store couldn’t find them for me on the website even when I gave the exact name, so I had to go home and order. Then the delivery via DPD was a joke. They claimed to have tried a delivery and left a note and a taken a photo but did none of that, total lies. I had to reorganise a delivery to a locker. By the time I got them it was past the date for the event. But as I say the shoes are great!

There was an amazing selection of trainers to choose from. P&P was free, likely due to the amount I was spending. The website is well laid out and easy to navigate. The shoes arrived after 1 working day, sensibly packaged (no excess packaging).
Unfortunately I had to return the shoes, they were too narrow for me, but the returns process was also excellent. I opted to return in store, there was no hassle, super quick and my money was back in my account same day. Outstanding, thank you

I collected the sandals from office…
I collected the sandals from office Stratford, I found the staff unhelpful. I was unsure if the sandals were the best fit and asked for advice. They didn’t even suggest trying a larger size in the sandal etc. Although they did not stock the exact same model we could have tried another model from the same brand. I then visited schuh kids and found the staff a lot more helpful! We tried several sandals and advised on what size to stick with.
