took a little digging, they made good a a chair I had problems find papers on but once I did, in just a few messages and weeks. I had all the seat parts gone bad with squeaking, and rubber bushing fall out.

Went to the Tillman's Corner, Alabama store to buy 500 sheets of printer paper. They wanted $26! Drove across the street to Walmart where the same paper was $8.99!
Do not go to Office Depot - they are price gouging!
AVOID!
If you want your print job done right be sure not to go to the print manger Aaron’s Office Depot. This location can’t follow instructions and printed incorrectly. Do they have remorse heck no let’s say okay we will fix it and charge you for your added request. Now as a manager I would think hey I’m so sorry I made you come back let me comp the 3.77 for the added request but guess not. Good news is there is a UPS store next to the Tune Up and McAlister’s so if you want something done right go to UPS store. Do better be better take care of your guest before you don’t have any guest left.
I am a 55-year-old disabled person and an Office Depot Rewards member. I placed a curbside order at this location expecting the service that was advertised. After waiting almost 20 minutes in my car, no one ever came out with my order.
When I called and asked for assistance, the call was abruptly hung up on me. I then went inside to speak with a manager, but was told the manager was either “on a break” or unavailable, and no one would help. Staff told me directly, “we deal with a lot of customers besides you” and that they were too busy to bring orders outside.
This completely defeats the purpose of offering curbside pickup, especially for customers like me who rely on it. I ended up leaving without my paid order, extremely upset and disappointed.
Office Depot should not advertise curbside service if they refuse to honor it. This was dismissive, rude, and discriminatory treatment of a disabled customer, and I will not be shopping at this location again.
Reference number from Office Depot’s own support chat: 250925-01412.
The personal service at the local Durango CO store is gone. They refuse to accept any print jobs unless placed on-line or stall saying they won't do the work before any on-line orders even though the order is sent in an email. So sad that personal service has disappeared from Office Depot.
I expect their short-term attempts to save labor hours in the long run will result in them losing money. One thousand dollar a year customer loss one at a time adds up to millions of dollars in losses.
Long-Term Planners should focus on what can done with those future empty stores. Would be a good spot for housing.
Going on 3 Years trying ti get my refund bought from Office Depot as one of Walmart's Marker vendors but who also failed me in getting the return of my money.
Office Depot even attempted to DENY having received a Return to them of Order #2009108-91966545 AND 200010937366976.
OFFICE DEPOT continued to say they only saw a refund for Order #200010662450481 which was Immediately Cancelled (#200010852883725)
Repeated calls never cinnected me with anyine at either of these, but "In my opinion" Walmart negotiated regulations with them. WE agreed to Walmartd, and they to Us, but as of 2+ years later, and a Senior, I am still waiting on my refund. I am now going to ask the Illinois Attorney General for assistance, esp since Walmart has failed me not just on this, but others, and although I've called too many times to recall them all, and being promised I'd hear back, but never given any reference #'s, I can't help but feel I've been falsely, deliberately made to Believe Walmart would backup our trust in Walmart, but...
It's impossible to cancel physical postal spam from Office Depot even after contacting them several times. I don't recommend anyone to buy anything from them and receive all this advertisement, especially since they don't even have particularly good prices.
For companies like Officedepot, Trust pilot should allow us to give zero star rating. Worst company with worst customer support.
I would warn anyone against using Office Depot Sverige as a business supplier. The customer service representatives' treatment and attitude towards their business partners is beyond contempt. No response to emails. Minimum waiting times of an hour on the telephone. Promises of follow up calls a blantant lie. Bad attitude towards customer complaints. I'll take my business elsewhere and will advise anyone in my business circle to refrain from using their service. Appalling!
I did a shopping on Office depot for 350 SEK. Office depot removed my majority of my order content and left 19 SEK item in the order, then made me paid 135 SEK for 19 SEK item including the freight.
This is an online fraud within a legal domain. I contacted the customer support. They didn't care, they just care to make a little bit more profit, don't care the customer satisfaction or what they do is ethic or not.
I strongly do NOT recommend to use Office Depot which is an online fraud company.
Quick review, I ordered five desktop computers from Office Depot. Everything came through and it was fine. Only thing that I am kind of upset with is that I paid for next day shipping and it actually took three days. Come on out. What’s going on with that. I really do appreciate the great customer service over the phone when I called in to speak with a representative. Unfortunately they can’t do anything about my situation, but I am not going to be big on it because my items they come through.
