Very prompt delivery and seat easy to assemble, however two Allen keys of different size would have been appreciated as all bolts had to be tightened. I had to purchase a full set of Allen keys to complete assembly of seat. Seat was excellent quality for price.

Excellent After Sales Service
Excellent Service.
Purchased office cupboard late afternoon, and it was delivered by 9am the next day.
Unfortunately some of the items were damaged. I contacted customer service and they responded super quickly, arranging a replacement of the damaged items, which arrived next day.
Understand that these things can happen, and so, it is always a sign of a company's service with how they deal with issues.

Refused warranty and failed dispatch…
I bought a chair from this company, noting at the time the 3 year warranty. What wasn’t made clear was that a “form” needs to be completed to get the warranty. So, when trying to claim on this, it was declined as the form hasn’t been completed.
I was directed to my order email as this requirement is apparently in there, which it is indeed… Underneath marketing messages. I’d stopped scrolling down the email once it was marketing messages. I suggested they make this more prominent, and ABOVE the marketing messages, as it’s effectively hidden. They did not comment on this.
This is extremely anti-consumer. The company already has my details for the warranty, given I bought the chair from them, so I see no reason why a form should be needed. The warranty can, and SHOULD, be automatically registered upon purchase. It instead screams of a tactic to reduce the number of warranty claims that can be made by relying on an easily missed technicality.
Instead, I had to pay for the spare part.
Having paid for it, it took over three and a half weeks to arrive, and only after chasing. This is not acceptable for an office chair required for DSE purposes.
I will not buy from this company again. I will use one that doesn’t decline warranties on such technicalities, and one which follows up on its actions.
Very poor experience overall.

Our items come with the standard manufacturers warranty, in this case it covered 1 year, and for the extended 3 year warranty, as you have said, this does need to be registered shortly after purchase.

Great After-sales Experience. I called up regarding an office chair bought two and a half years ago, which had developed a major fault. The agent took the details and sent out replacement parts the next time without any issue. The chair is now as good as new.

Great seats, good value
I have ordered two seats from this supplier so far and in both cases the received seats were of very high quality and excellent value. As I am very tall, I changed the gas strut on one of them to a higher one, it is an easy thing to do as all fixtures are standard sizes.
I have taken one star off because after ordering the first seat (which was shown as in stock) I was then informed it was out of stock - the website does not have real time reporting of stock so it is worth calling them before ordering to check stock levels.

Massive Choice of Chairs!
I needed a specific type of executive business chair for my bedroom, where I spend many, many hours every day working from home, so had to be very padded everywhere & comfortable to sit on for long periods.
I've been looking for over 6 months for the right chair & I found this on Office Furniture Online & all the reviews said how comfortable it was & well padded etc...
I ordered: Tuscany High Back Leather Manager Chair for just £162 incl delivery
I spoke to the company on the phone in advance & they even gave me an extra £20 off & confirmed I could return it if I wasn't happy & it came with a 3-years warranty, which is well above standard for chairs.
The chair is fantastic, arrived the next day & there is even a YouTube video showing how to put it together.
