We have only opened one chair of the two at the moment due to decorating etc - my husband has had this chair before in faux leather, but he is much happier with the grey fabric we bought this time and he said it’s good quality and will be much better - the chair is very comfortable and arrived very quickly thank you office furniture online

Disappointed with service and condition of product.
Order a chair arrived on time but, the back was damaged. I contacted Office Furniture and informed them, gave them the information they asked for, and would send a new back, to arrive 15 July 2025. Waited all day no delivery, wasted my time.
Contacted them by email and 2 phone calls later and I am unsure what is happening.
Received a sales invoice for the part and contact them for delivery details. They now cannot fine the order or confirm when it will be delivered.
I have a life to live and it does not include chasing Office Furniture every step of the way and every day, because I cannot get answers.

Dreadful experience
Dreadful experience. Ordered an office chair which upon assembly was found to be broken. Emailed Office Furniture Online immediately with pictures of the damage and requested a replacement only to be told that they do not replace items but would send a replacement part. The issue was that I had no way of getting the broken part out of the chair without causing further damage (unless you have a major tool kit I don't see how it was do-able!).
Over 4 weeks later with repeated emails/calls I was told that the manufacturer had not received the broken chair and now were raising a complaint against the courier - absolutely fine with me as I had evidence of collection but this delayed my refund further still during which time I was without a chair or my money!
I understand that the company do not stock all of the items they sell and in fact drop ship for some manufacturers - this wasn't overly clear on the website and caused numerous delays whilst they went back and forth to the manufacturer. Honestly I would have been more than happy if they had just replaced the chair without issue but now I have gone elsewhere for my chair and will never use this company again. Extremely poor customer service and definitely would not recommend!

I would give zero stars if it was an option
I ordered a piece of furniture but delivery was attempted outside standard office hours. We were then charged a 'failed delivery fee' of £54. I queried this and asked to cancel the order and was then charged a '30% restocking fee', when all I wanted was a refund. No delivery, just a series of invoices.

Terrible instructions, poor quality screws
Terrible instructions, they say to fit chair arms first which I did only to find the the plate that connects the back to the seat covers the screws that screw them together. Screws made of very poor soft metal and due taking screws out and then screwing them in again a few screw heads were stripped

Worst experience EVER
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Worst experience EVER. I have never in my life wrote a bad review. We have received a desk Thursday, built the desk Tuesday to have multiple manufacturers faults to then be told there’s nothing they can do. £400 down the drain with the worst quality desk. The customer service was also disgusting, no sympathy, empathy or anything.
Just to reiterate - delivered Thursday and emailed 3 working days later.
If you are able to listen to your calls back, you will realise your staff need training in complaint handling, learning how to defuse a complaint will be paramount to your business.

Looking at the notes on your order it doesn't state that there is nothing that can be done, but that we have reported the issue and requested a replacement, but as the damages were reported almost a week after delivery there may be an issue. We have not advised that this cannot be replaced but that it has been reported and we are awaiting a response regarding a replacement.
We will get this chased up and we will be in touch shortly.
We do strive to have any issues resolved for our customers in a timely and mutually agreeable manner.

Utterly disgusting rip off
Utterly disgusting. Do not use this company. Chairs advertised as suitable for 26 stone person has handles attached by 6 tiny screws screwed into moulded plastic so arm comes off. Sent replacement arm. Then same happened on other arm and refused to replace claiming outside of warranty despite only being one year into their 3 year guaranteed warranty period!!! Said I would have to pay for replacement part!
They then contacted me finally, after 12 exchanges, to offer sending me the wrong arm! (which would have had the same fault anyway) following my review on TrustPilot. They still refuse to give me a refund and tell me that their warranty does not cover people putting ANY weight on the arm of a chair (advertised as being suitable for a 26 stone person!).
So. Provided you do not ever put ANY weight on the arms of the chairs you get in and out of and provided you don't mind paying hundreds of pounds for a chair whose handles are held on with the equivalent of drawing pins and provided you are happy that your warranty is meaningless, and not given any compensation or a product that is fit for purpose, go ahead and buy from here.... buyer beware

Ordered a chair, Gas Strut and wheels were missing, but was told that because I did not report within 3 days would need to pay for replacement.

We have managed to locate your order and can see that our colleague confirmed on Monday that parts had been sent out to resolve the issue for you.
We apologise it took a few days to rectify.
As the order had been delivered almost 2 months before the missing box was reported we did have to get the depot to investigate it with the carrier.
Ordinarily we do ask that any missing items or damages are reported within the 3 working days so we can avoid this, but we are glad that we were able to get this rectified for you anyway.
